In unserer großen 150 qm WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen zum 1.4.2025 eine sympathische, aufgeschlossene und unkomplizierte Person für ein gemütliches Zusammenwohnen.
Die Wohnung hat so ziemlich alles:
- 2 Bäder + Waschmaschine
- sehr großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, Beamer, Brettspielen und diversen (alten) Spielekonsolen.
- Internet / WLAN mit 250 Mbit/s
- direkter Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Garten (hier kann auch mal geraucht werden, in der Wohnung und im zu vermietenden Zimmer kann nicht geraucht werden und grundsächlich hätten wir lieber eine nicht-rauchende Person)
- gemeinsame große Küche mit großem Kühlschrank & Spülmaschine
Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß; das Fenster geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Da ein Balkon direkt über dem Fenster ist, ist es ziemlich dunkel im Zimmer - das sollte dich nicht stören, weil du sonst auf Dauer hier nicht glücklich wirst. Der Fußboden hat Parkett.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. (Wir hätten aber noch einen Tisch im Keller stehen & es gibt auch noch ein stabiles, selbstgebautes Doppelbett, was gerne benutzt werden könnte)

A room is becoming available in our large 150 sqm shared flat. We are looking for a friendly, open-minded and uncomplicated person to live together comfortably from April 1, 2025.
The apartment has pretty much everything:
- 2 bathrooms + washing machine
- very large shared living room with sofas, projector, board games and various (old) game consoles.
- Internet / WLAN with 250 Mbit/s
- direct access to the terrace and garden (you can also smoke here, you can't smoke in the apartment or in the room for rent and we would generally prefer a non-smoker)
- shared large kitchen with large fridge & dishwasher
The room is 17 square meters; the window faces the quiet backyard. Since there is a balcony directly above the window, it is quite dark in the room - this should not bother you, otherwise you will not be happy here in the long run. The floor is parquet.
The room is unfurnished. (But we have a table in the basement & a solid diy double bed that could be used)
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Ostkreuz, aber im ruhigen Hinterhaus. Bis zur Ring- und Stadtbahn ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Außerdem gibt es jede Bars und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch mehr als genug.

Our apartment is located directly on Ostkreuz, but in a quiet rear building. It's just a stone's throw from the Ringbahn and Stadtbahn. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner. There are also more than enough grocery shopping opportunities.
Wohnen würdest du mit Nina (37, Ex-Biotechnologin und Web-Entwicklerin, arbeitet im Home-Office), Manu (30, arbeitet im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich und meistens nicht zuhause) und Emilia (33, gibt als Deutschlehrerin online Kurse für Erwachsene, meist von zuhause).
Wir wünschen uns ein gemütliches Miteinander mit gelegentlichen Koch-, Film-, Video- oder Brettspiel-Abenden.
Außerdem sind wir es gewohnt, dass man auch mal unbekleidet aufs Klo huschen kann und wünschen uns, dass das auch weiterhin so ist :)
Zum Thema Sauberkeit:
Wir mögen es gerne sauber in der WG (nicht blitzblank, einfach nur sauber); es ist auf jeden Fall unerlässlich, dass dir das auch wichtig ist und eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit und Achtsamkeit - besonders was Küche und Bad angeht - selbstverständlich für dich ist. Wenn alle hinter sich aufräumen, ist alles für alle easy. Wir haben eine Putz-Uhr, die wöchentlich gedreht wird.

You would live with Nina (37, ex-biotechnologist and web developer, works from home), Manu (30, works in the sustainability sector and usually not at home) and Emilia (33, German teacher who gives online courses for adults, mostly from home).
We would like to have a cozy get-together with occasional cooking, movie, video or board game evenings.
We are also used to being able to go to the toilet without clothes on and would like this to continue :)
On the subject of cleanliness:
We like it clean in the shared flat (not spotless, just clean); it is definitely essential that this is also important to you and that a certain basic cleanliness and mindfulness - especially when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom - is a matter of course for you. If everyone cleans up after themselves, everything is easy for everyone. We have a cleaning clock that is turned weekly.
