Aufgrund eines Auslandsstudiums gebe ich mein komplett möbliertes Zimmer in einer 4er WG in Wedding dauerhaft auf.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 qm groß, sehr hell und hat direkt angrenzend einen kleinen Balkon, der sich lediglich mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt wird. Die Zimmer wurden von der Wohnungsgesellschaft möbliert, sodass die Übergabe in einem unmöblierten Zustand leider nicht möglich ist.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen ungefähr 60qm großen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit großer voll ausgestatteter Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, 2 Bädern und großem Flur. Dem Wohnzimmer angrenzend findet sich ein weiterer größerer Balkon, von dem man auf einen Park schaut. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden von einer Reinigungnskraft alle zwei Wochen gereinigt.
Die Miete beträgt 760€ warm pro Monat mit allem wie WLAN etc. inklusive, die Kaution 1520€.

Hello!
Due to studying abroad, I am permanently giving up my fully furnished room in a 4-person shared apartment in Wedding.
The room is approximately 15 square meters, very bright, and has a small balcony that is shared with just one roommate. The rooms were furnished by the housing company, so unfortunately, it is not possible to hand them over unfurnished.
Additionally, there is a communal area of approximately 60 square meters with a large fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a large hallway. Adjacent to the living room is another larger balcony, which overlooks a park. The communal areas are cleaned by a cleaning service every two weeks.
The rent is €760 per month, all inclusive (including Wi-Fi, etc.), with a security deposit of €1,520.

Die Wohnung ist nur 7min Fußweg von der Ubahn Station 'Seestraße' (U6) entfernt, sodass man innerhalb von 20min in Mitte ist. Jegliche Supermärkte und auch andere kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 5-10min erreichbar.
Zudem hält 50m vom Haus die M13 und M15 mit denen man in zwei Stationen (max. 5min) bei der Osloer Straße und damit bei der U9 und U8 ist.
Zudem ist der schillerpark lediglich 5min Fußweg entfernt und Bademöglichkeiten im Sommer können in beide Richtungen mit der Tram erreicht werden :)

The apartment is only a 7-minute walk from the 'Seestraße' (U6) subway station, so you can be in Mitte within 20 minutes. All supermarkets and other smaller shopping facilities are within a 5-10 minute walk.
Additionally, the M13 and M15 trams stop 50 meters from the house, and in just two stops (max. 5 minutes), you can reach Osloer Straße, connecting you to the U9 and U8.
Furthermore, Schillerpark is just a 5-minute walk away, and swimming opportunities in the summer can be reached in either direction by tram :)
Zwei meiner Mitbewohner*innen sind berufstätig, während meine andere Mitbewohnerin bald ein Auslandssemester absolvieren wird und dementsprechend noch eine weitere neue Person in die WG kommen wird für ein halbes Jahr.
Es sind die üblichen Dokumente (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Gehaltsnachweise, Selbstauskunft, ggf Bürgschaftserklärung) erforderlich, die bis zum 05.08 einzureichen wären.
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
