Mitbewohner/in ab den 01. März. Dein schön, möbliertes, privates Zimmer ist 15,4 qm, geräumig, hell und mit einer 150 cm. Matratze, einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch mit bequemen Drehstuhl, einem Spiegel und ein paar anderen Möbel, plus verschiedene Beleuchtungen. Dein Zimmer wurde kürzlich frisch gestrichen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit ökol. weiße Farbe gestrichen. Es handelt sich um 2 Räume, die gemütliche Küche mit aller Küchengeräte und das Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Duschkabine. Alle Fenster sind nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock mit Aufzug und schaut direkt auf einen ruhigen Park, deshalb kann man sehr gut schlafen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Miete ist insgesamt 795 Euro pro Monat. Mindestens 3 Monate!

Your beautiful furnished private room is 15.4 square meters, spacious, bright and with a 150 cm. mattress, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with a comfortable swivel chair, a mirror and a few other pieces of furniture, plus various lighting. Your room was recently freshly painted.
The apartment is complete, very well equipped and painted with ecological white paint. There are 2 rooms, the cosy kitchen with all kitchen appliances and the bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. All windows face south. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and looks directly onto a quiet park, so you can sleep very well. Bed linen and towels are provided. Rent is a total of 795 euros per month. At least 3 months!

Die Linee U5 in Strausberger Platz ist 3 min Fußweg, 5 m. die Straßenbahnen M5, M6, M8 von Platz der Vereinten Nationen und der Bus 142 von Friedrichsberger Str. ist rund um die Ecke. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: LIDL und BUDNI direkt vor der Tür und EDEKA, NETTO und REWE in der nahegelegen.

The apartment is located near Strausberger Platz and United Nations Square, in beautiful Friedrichshain, about 450 meters from the border with Mitte and also with Prenzlauer Berg. Volkspark Friedrichshain is right on the doorstep, Alexander Platz two U-Bahn stops.
The line U5 in Strausberger Platz subway station is a 3-minute walk, in 5 m. walk the M5, M6, M8 trams from United Nations Square and the 142 bus to Ostbahnhof is around the corner. Good shopping opportunities: LIDL and BUDNI right in front of the door and EDEKA, NETTO and REWE nearby.
Ich wohne hier seit sieben Jahre und habe WG-Erfahrung, arbeite Teilzeit, übe Yoga und liebe Musik und Kunst. Ich putze das Haus fast einmal pro Woche und du solltest nur dein Zimmer, wie und wann du möchtest, putzen und natürlich die Küche und das Badezimmer, die wir zur gemeinsamen Nutzung haben, nach der Benutzung in Ordnung und sauber hinterlassen, danke. Gegenseitiger Respekt und Rücksichtnahme sind gefragt.
Ich bin weltoffen, mehrsprachig, nett, gut gelaunt und auch diskret.

I've lived here for seven years and have experience of sharing accommodations, work part-time, practice yoga and love music and art. I clean the house almost once a week and you should only clean your room as and when you want and of course leave the kitchen and bathroom, that we share, in order and clean after use, thank you. Mutual respect and consideration are required.
I am cosmopolitan, multilingual, nice, usually in a good mood and also discreet.
