Hey :)
My name is Kossara, a 31-year-old architect, and I would be happy to share my flat with you - my new cool flatmate!
The flat is in a nice Neubau, having all of the flair that comes with that. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious balcony and a storage room. Some other extras:
- ANMELDUNG POSSIBLE!
- floor heating
- french windows
- automatic sun shading
- Innenhof
- Kellerraum
- Fahrradkeller
- a LOT of space for us both
- a stunning view towards the west of Berlin
- hammock in the summer (from april on)
- access to all what Friedrichshain has to offer in immediate proximity, starting with a fairly good Rewe and ending with wherever life takes you around
Your room is 15 sqm big and there's the possibility to take over the furniture of my current flatmate for a fair price. Subleting it cause my flatmate is sadly moving back to her home country :( If we vibe, I'd love to extend the contract indefinitely and call it a home with you!
The flat is located in the heart of the Friedrichshain Südkiez, right in the middle between Ostkreuz and Warschauer Straße, both approx. 10 mins away walking distance. Boxi and the RAW Gelände are both 5 mins away.
If by any chance you aren't familiar with the area, there's all you need around here - clubs, bars, restaurants, parks, diverse shopping opportunities (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Biomarkts of all kind, flea markets on the weekend, East Side Mall, etc).
The flat has the big advantage of being on a calm and quiet side street though, a few blocks away from all the big happening :)
You'd be living with me, a very open minded and friendly person, who's been living in Berlin for ages, equally much likes going out and staying home, but is also past the 24/7 party stage of my life, since working full time is not quite compatible with that. I speak English, German and Bulgarian.
To me communication is vital in the place I share with somebody. Doing stuff together in and possibly outside of the flt, talking over a drink, you name it, is a big plus, but I won't push for that. I've always had great experiences and gained many good friends through co-living, and would like to continue that. That said, I also respect people's private space, as I'd expect that from them as well.
Ideally you'd be someone who's at the same or similar stage of their lives as I, working and/or studying and would like to get a new flatmate, but also a friend. Looking forward to meeting you :)
