Hi there : )
A cool quiet room is available for a temporary stay of about 3+ months in a clean modern renovated apartment on the 3rd floor, organized like two small flats in a bigger one sharing the costs.
Perfect if you are in Berlin for an internship and you hate way too dirty places ;)
The room is even larger than what looks from the pics and already furnished with:
- a table with chair
- a bed with its cover and blanket,
- a drawer with a mirror + hanger.
The kitchen is fully furnished with Bosch machines: has a big fridge, washing machine, oven and microwave.
The bathroom has a modern shower and a wall heating.
Important:
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the flat.
- I always make a round of cleaning weekly and if you feel uncomfortable briefly mopping the floor in the common areas other than your room, or washing your dishes, then this place does not suit you ; ) But if you know what I'm talking about, you might be the right person ; )
- The room is available for one person only.
- No pets can be allowed.
Residential street on Wollankstraße very quiet at night and you won't be bothered by the S-Bahn even though is close by.
Connections:
- S-Bahn Wollankstraße ( s1,s25,s26 ) in 3 minutes walking distance
- Bus stop M27, 255 in 2 mins walking
- S+U Pankow in 5 mins by bus or 10 mins walking
Groceries:
- Denn's Biomarkt in 2 mins walking

So far we always liked to have a chat around but also enjoyed our privacy too.
Your flatmate will be Lorenzo, an experienced 32 years-young guy from northern Italy, who shared flats with both girls and guys and speaks mostly english and handles deutsch as well. Not directly vegetarian but almost :)
Busy with work and his own things, you mostly won't actually see much each other during the week.
He enjoys listening almost any kind of music, relaxed and easy-going, he likes travelling and lived in two other countries before moving to Berlin. He does not smoke at all and he's one of the tidiest and respectful person you can probably meet :D
In order to avoid unpleasant situations, you will need to:
- be able to pay the rent on time at the beginning of the month ;)
- be no smoker and have no pets around ;)
- have no problem in regular cleaning rounds :)
- avoid cooking fry food of any kind :D
- avoid bringing people overnight too often and having parties ;)
Rent includes already (and I'm not making any money out of it):
- Flat rent (which increased already of 10%)
- Internet (Telekom, pretty fast)
- Energy costs (which became higher than ever)
- Rundfunk tax (basically cables tax)
I keep it as short as possible for your sake, so feel free to ask me any question you mind.
