Die Wohnung ist renoviert, mit modernen Bad (Badewanne UND Dusche) und Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler und anderen Küchengeräten).
Ich kann auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher etc. anbieten.

The room is fully furnished and has all the commodities, including the balcony.
The apartment is renovated, with modern bathroom (both shower and a bathtub) and kitchen (incl. dishwasher and other kitchen appliances).
I can offer bed sheets and towels etc. as well.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock im sanierten Altbau in Neukölln, 1 min vom Maybachufer entfernt. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und die Ubahn ist 10 min entfernt (Hermannplatz oder Schönleinstraße). Die Gegend ist wirklich toll, voller Bars und Restaurants und der Kanal ist gleich um die Ecke.
The apartment is located on the first floor in the saniertes Altbau in Pannierstraße, Neukölln, 1 min from Maybachufer. In front of the house there's a bus station and Ubahn is 10 min away (Hermannplatz or Schönleinstraße). The area is truly great, full of bars and restaurant with the canal just around the corner.
Sie werden die Wohnung mit meiner reizenden Mitbewohnerin Sofia, einer 25-jährigen Spanierin, teilen. Sofia arbeitet Vollzeit in einem Hybrid-Modus und verbringt viel Zeit aus dem Haus. Wir sind keine Party-WG und rauchen nicht drinnen.
Wir kümmern uns um den Ort, in dem wir leben, und ich würde Sie bitten, das gleiche zu tun.
You will share the apartment with my lovely flatmate Sofia, a 25-year old Spanish girl. Sofia works full-time in a hybrid mode and spends a lot of time out of the house. We are not a party-WG and don't smoke inside.
We take care of the place we live in and I would ask you to do the same.
