Wir sind Karim (er/ihm), Nas (-/er) und unser Kater Zeki und suchen für unsere sweete 3er-WG eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, sehr sehr supi gern queer. Das Zimmer wird ab dem 01. März frei und ist 17 m² groß. Es kostet mit allem (Miete, Strom, Internet, GEZ) ca. 423 €.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ein schnuckliger Altbau mit sehr hohen Decken, Balkon und einem kleinen Garten. Dein Zimmer hat große Fenster und eine riesige Holzplattform, auf der du sowohl Stauraum hast, als auch schlafen kannst. Durch die verschiedenen Ebenen ist in dem Zimmer für alles genug Platz. (Das Bild vom Zimmer ist vor dem Einbau der Plattform aufgenommen worden.) Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert. Deshalb ist sie im Sommer angenehm kalt und im Winter angenehm warm, ohne dass man groß heizen muss.

We are Karim (he/him), Nas (they/he) and our cat Zeki and are looking for a new roommate for our sweet 3-person shared flat. Would be very very super sweet, if you are queer, but of course it ist also okay, if you are not :) The room will be available from March 1st and is 17 m² big. It costs around 423 €. This includes abselutely everything (rent, electricity, internet, GEZ etc.).
The apartment is a cute old building with very high ceilings, a balcony and a small garden. Your room has large windows and a huge wooden platform where you have storage space and can also sleep. Thanks to the different little platforms, there is enough space for everything in the room. (The picture of the room was taken before the platform was installed.) The whole apartment was renovated a few years ago. It is therefore pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter, without the need for much heating.
Our apartment is on the first floor. Apart from that, there are mainly other shared flats and a few families living in the building. The house is right next to the Mitte hospital.
The line 4 tram stop is right outside the door and the city center, green areas and forest are easy to reach, bakeries and supermarkets a short distance away (5 minutes by bike). Line 4 runs right through the city center and all the way to the university and HSBI.
There is easy parking in front of the house.
Unsere Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss. Ansonsten wohnen in dem Haus überwiegend andere WGs und ein paar Familien. Das Haus befindet sich direkt neben dem Krankenhaus Mitte.
Die Bahnhaltestelle der Linie 4 ist direkt vor der Tür und Innenstadt, Grünstreifen und Wald sind schnell erreichbar, Bäckereien und Supermärkte ein kleines Stück weiter (5 min mit dem Fahrrad). Die Linie 4 fährt einmal quer durch die Innenstadt und bis zur Uni und HSBI durch.
Man kann vor der Haustür gut parken.
Zu uns:
Nas verbringt einen großen Teil des Tages unter der Woche mit Lohnarbeit und kämpft sich parallel durch die Masterarbeit. Nas mag tanzen und Musik im Allgemeinen, Sport, Austausch zu abolistischen Utopien und Praxen und Sonne.
Karim arbeitet Teilzeit im sozialen Bereich. Karim mag Musik, ist gern draußen, kocht gern und beschäftigt sich viel mit dekolonialen Feminismen.
Zum Zusammenleben:
Unsere Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und in der Nähe (3 min) eines schönen Grünstreifens, an dem man gut spazieren gehen, spielen, rumhängen oder rennen kann. Von unserer Wohnung aus ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber auch im Teutoburger Wald.
Es gibt die gemeinsame kleine Küche mit Platz zum Zusammensitzen und einen Balkon mit Zugang zum Garten. Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein (bislang vegetarisch/vegan) und haben daher auch einen geteilten Kühlschrank und eine WG-Kasse.
Im Zusammenleben ist uns ein herzliches und freundschaftliches Miteinander wichtig, in dem wir voneinander mitbekommen, was gerade so bei den anderen los ist und Freude, Sorgen und alle möglichen Gedanken auch teilen zu können. Deswegen hängen wir gern zusammen ab und kochen oder gehen mal zusammen raus. Außerdem achten wir auf unsere Bedürfnisse was Ruhe, Rückzug und Sauberkeit angeht, damit sich alle in den gemeinsamen Spaces wohl fühlen.

About us:
Nas spends a large part of the day during the week doing paid work, while at the same time struggling through their Master's thesis. Nas likes dancing and music in general, sports, exchanging ideas about abolitionist utopias and practices, and the sun.
Karim works part-time in the social sector. Karim likes music, being outdoors, cooking and decolonial feminisms.
About living together:
Our apartment is in a quiet location and close (3 min) to a nice green area where you can go for a walk, play, hang out or run. From our apartment you can quickly reach the city, but also the Teutoburg Forest.
There is a small shared kitchen with space to sit together and a balcony with access to the garden. We do our shopping together (vegetarian/vegan so far) and therefore also have a shared fridge and a shared cash box.
When we live together, it's important to us to have a warm and friendly atmosphere, where we can find out what's going on with each other and share our joys, worries and all kinds of thoughts. That's why we like to hang out together and cook or go out together. We also pay attention to our needs in terms of rest, privacy and cleanliness so that everyone feels comfortable in the shared spaces.
