Ein Zimmer in einer 50 m2 schöne Wohnung auf der Semperstr. 115 zu Vermieten. Die Wohnung hat einbauküche und kleinen Abstellraum/Schrank.
Die Möbel kann auch übernommen werden. (Natürlich mit zusätzlichen Kosten)
Es gibt eines balkon gehört mit der zimmer.
Es gibt ein Keller und Ein Parkplatz für die Wohnung.
Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und ruhig.

In den Nebenkosten sind bereits alle denkbaren Fixkosten enthalten (150 Mbit Internet, Strom, Wasser, Ard usw.)

Uber mich :
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite an der Universität als wissenschaftler mitarbeiter. Ich wohne nur von Montag bis Donnerstag in der Wohnung. Dies bedeutet, dass die gesamte Wohnung am Wochenende verfügbar sein wird.

Ich bin freundlich, sozial, lerne gerne andere Kulturen kennen und finde neue Freunde. Ich koche auch gerne irgendwann, dass wir manchmal auch zusammen essen können. Ich mag laufen und Fahrrad fahren.Abends können wir auch Fußball mit Bier genießen.Es ist auch mir wichtig, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre haben kann.

Lage
Für Studenten und Angehörige der RUB ist die Uni zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar oder ganz bequem in 4 Minuten mit dem Bus (339 und 356), der direkt vor dem Haus an der ÖPNV-Haltestelle "Peter-Parler-Weg" hält. Über die Universitätsstraße befindet man sich sehr schnell an den Autobahnen. Die U35 gewährleistet eine schnelle Verbindung zur Innenstadt Bochums. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ALDI, Uni-Center) sind in der Nähe; ca. 10 Min. mit dem Pkw zum Ruhr-Park



Sonstiges
Der Hausmeister behebt unverzüglich evtl. anstehende Mängel und hilft auch gerne bei anderen kleineren Arbeiten. Eine ausreichend große Anzahl an Waschmaschinen und Trocknern können mit Waschmünzen betrieben werden.
