A single room without balcony in a quiet part of Bologna, but you may also choose a room with a balcony. The ground of the whole flat is covered with beautiful marmor. You will share the appointment with two or three students, but you will have a single room.
We provide also celler - if needed. If possible - we prefer students.

The place is a quiet part of Bologna, but it takes only abou 20 min. to the center by bus or car. The bus stop is very close - 3min. walk only. There are a lot of parking possibilities.
The room is furnished- with the singl bed, a cupboard, desk etc. It has a nice small balcony and also beautiful garden. Internet //WiFi is also included in the price. There is also a washing machien.
The bus stop is very close to the house. It takes about 20 min. till 30 min. by bus to the city.

The place is very homely and benefits from several bus routes that link you to the heart of the city in no time, as well as some commercial spots where you can buy your groceries.

We prefer to rent the flats to students. There are several rooms for rent, might be a great opportunity for friends who want to share a flat together.
If you like gardening, you can also cultivate your own vegetable in the garden during spring and summer time.
