Dear flat seekers!
We have a room in a shared flat available! The room is part of a four-room flat, consisting of 3 bedrooms, a cosy kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The available room that is approx. 16m2 in size, it is bright and has balcony access.
Our shared flat is located in the heart of Bolzano, 5 minutes from the centre. The bus and train stations are also very close to us.
We are 2 women that work and generally like to do things together. If you are interested or you know someone who is looking for a room, get in touch with us! We look forward to meeting you!

Cerchiamo un* coinquilin* perché si libera una stanza nel nostro appartamento condiviso. E' un quadrilocale con tre stanze da letto, una cucina abitabile, bagno, ripostiglio, balcone. La stanza che si libera è circa 16 m2, è luminosa e ha accesso al balcone. L'appartamento è a 5 minuti dal centro, vicino a stazione di bus e treni.
Siamo due lavoratrici e ci piace fare cose insieme. Se sei interessat* contattaci!

Bei uns wird ein WG-Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Vierzimmerwohnung, bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, gemütlicher Wohnküche, Bad und Balkon. Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist ca. 16m2 groß, hell und hat Balkonzugang.
Unsere WG liegt im Herzen Bozens, 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Auch der Bus- und Zugbahnhof liegen ganz in unserer Nähe.
Wir sind eine berufstätige Mädels-WG, die gerne auch gemeinsam was unternimmt. Falls wir dein Interesse geweckt haben oder du jemand kennst, der ein Zimmer sucht, melde dich bei uns! Wir freuen uns auf dich!

The flat is located very near the bus and train stations and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center.
There is a tasty pastry shop in the same street for lazy breakfasts.
We both work during the day and we are happy to share some of the daily life in the shared flat such as having dinner together. We take turns to clean the apartement.
