Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
ab dem 1. März 2025 wird in unserer schönen WG ein Zimmer frei. Es ist 16 m² groß und hat einen tollen Holzfußboden. Das Fenster zeigt Richtung Süden und lässt viel Licht hinein. Die Möbel sind teilweise vorhanden und können fast vollständig übernommen werden.
Zur Wohnung gehören zudem eine voll
ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fenster. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem im Sommer immer unsere Tomaten wachsen. Die WG liegt im ersten Stock und im Haus gibt es auch einen Aufzug. Im Innenhof befinden sich Fahrradstellplätze und zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang der Drususallee im Bozener Stadtteil Gries-Quirein. Sie ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der eurac entfernt.
Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen, sodass man auch super ans ÖPNV Netz angebunden ist.
Eine Apotheke, kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Eisdiele, Restaurants und ein Bäcker liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Und zu den Talferwiesen ist es auch nicht weit.
Da meine Mitbewohnerinnen leider aus Bozen wegziehen suche ich (Lisa, 23) nach einer/m Nachfolger/in. Etwa um die gleiche Zeit wird außerdem noch eine weitere neue Person in das zweite freie Zimmer einziehen.
Ich bin deshalb auf der Suche nach einer freundlichen und ordentlichen Person, mit der man auch mal entspannt zusammen in der Küche sitzen oder auch was unternehmen kann.

Dear people looking for a flat,
From March 1st 2025, a room will be available in our beautiful shared flat. It is 16 m² in size and has a great wooden floor. The window faces south and lets in a lot of light. Some of the furniture is existent and almost everything can be taken over.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and window. From the kitchen you have access to a small balcony where we grow our tomatoes in summer. The flat is on the first floor and there is also an elevator in the building. There are bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard and the apartment also has its own cellar compartment.
The apartment is located at the beginning of Viale Druso in the Gries-Quirein district of Bolzano. It is only a few minutes' walk from eurac research.
There are several bus stops just around the corner, so you are also well connected to the public transport network.
A pharmacy, small grocery stores, an ice cream place, restaurants and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is also just a 4-minutes walk away. And it's not far to the river Talvera either.
As my flatmates are unfortunately moving away from Bolzano I ( Lisa,23) am looking for a new flatmate. I am currently also looking for a third flatmate, so somebody else will be moving into the other free room around the same time. Therefore I am looking for a friendly and tidy person who is also open for sitting in the kitchen or do things together.
