Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 Quadratmeter groß, hat eine fast quadratische Form und liegt zum Innenhof. Daher ist es relativ ruhig und man kann auch bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen oder arbeiten. Es hat einen hellbraunen Laminatboden und die Wände und die Tür sind weiß gestrichen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die Möbel (ein Doppelbett mit Matratze, 2 Kissen und Bettdecke, ein weiteres Einzelbett mit Matratze und Bettlaken, ein Schreibtisch, ein Ventilator, Vorhänge, ein Stuhl und einige andere Kleinigkeiten) können Sie von mir übernehmen. Wir können über den Preis sprechen, wenn Sie uns besuchen.
The room is about 14 square meters in size, has an almost square shape and faces the inner courtyard. It is therefore relatively quiet and you can sleep or work well even with the window open. It has a light brown laminate floor and the walls and door are painted white.
The room is furnished. You can take the furniture (a double bed with mattress, 2 pillows and comforter, another single bed with mattress and sheets, a desk, a fan, curtains, a chair and some other small things) from me. We can talk about the price when you visit us.
Die Celler Str. reicht bis ins Zentrum und geht in die Lange Str. über. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Weiße Ross z.B. bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, DM, Apotheke und wir haben einen Arzt in der Nähe. Die Universität ist mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.
Celler Str. extends into the center and goes into Lange Str. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a bus stop right outside the front door. The Weiße Ross, for example, offers shopping opportunities like Rewe, DM, Apotheke and we have a doctor nearby. The university can be easily reached by bus or bicycle.
Sie wohnen mit zwei Mitbewohnern zusammen (alle unter 30, einer arbeitet als Ingenieur in Braunschweig und einer studiert seinen Bachelor).
Das Leben in der WG ist relativ ruhig und wir sorgen dafür, dass die Wohnung von Zeit zu Zeit gereinigt wird. Gelegentliche Einladungen von Freunden sind natürlich möglich, sollten aber nicht an der Tagesordnung sein. Größere Partys sind eher unerwünscht, aber in Absprache mit den Mitbewohnern möglich. Bei Bedarf und Interesse kann man sich natürlich auch über den Alltag unterhalten und Zeit miteinander verbringen.
In der Regel versorgt sich jeder selbst, lediglich die Kosten für Gemeinschaftsartikel wie Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. werden geteilt. Die Waschmaschine, der Kühlschrank, die Mikrowelle und der Backofen können von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden.
You will be living with two flatmates (all under 30, one works as an engineer in Braunschweig and one is studying his bachelor's degree).
Life in the shared flat is relatively quiet and we make sure the apartment is cleaned from time to time. Occasional invitations from friends are of course possible, but should not be a daily occurrence. Larger parties are rather undesirable, but possible if agreed with the flatmates. If necessary and interested, you can of course talk about everyday life and spend time together.
As a rule, everyone provides for themselves, only the costs of shared items such as cleaning products, toilet paper etc. are shared. The washing machine, fridge, microwave and oven can be used by all residents.
Die Warmmiete ist momentan 330 Euro/Monat und deckt alle Nebenkosten wie das Wasser, die Heizung, den Strom, Betriebskosten, das Internet sowie Rundfunkgebühr ab. Aber je nach dem Verbrauch vom Wasser, Heizung und Strom könnte sein, dass man am Schluss des Jahrs wenig nachzahlen sollte.
The warm rent is currently 330 euros/month and covers all ancillary costs such as water, heating, electricity, running costs, internet and broadcasting fees. However, depending on the consumption of water, heating and electricity, you may have to pay a little extra at the end of the year.
