Du kannst in 10 Minuten easy zur Mensa laufen, und die Fachbereiche Public Health und Psychologie sind nur einen kurzen 3-Minuten-Spaziergang entfernt. Vor der Haustür wartet 'ne Bushaltestelle, die alle 10 Minuten 'ne direkte Verbindung zur Uni bietet. Und wenn du mal weiter raus willst, kein Ding – die S-Bahn-Haltestelle (Berufsausbildungswerk) ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort aus bist du in nur 13 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof!

Die Wohnung selbst ist fresh – 90 m2 groß, und dein Zimmer hat gemütliche 18 m2, voll möbliert.
