Hey there,
Our WG will have a free room in a 4 person apartment available from 01.01.23 ( you can move in a bit early we can discuss this ). The room is in between 9-11 sqm. However, we have a huge living room (can be said its a home theatre where we watch movies and series on the projector together ) and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and stove, to top that we also have a nice dining room with a balcony.
Location:
It's just 4 min walk from central station (HBF) meaning it can't get central than that 😆. The closest tram station is 2 mins away. There is an Edeka across the street and a Rewe about a 5 minute walk.
Atmosphere in the WG:
You will be living with Maria (28), Kcee(32) and Vafa (28). Kcee and Maria are doing their PhD where Vafa is doing his masters, we like to cook together sometimes, make spontaneous plans to go somewhere, Sunday brunches, movies on the projector, and have a quick chat, but in general it's pretty uncomplicated.
We have a cleaning plan we like to stick to the plan whenever it is possible
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
You will have a contract for January with the "main tenant", after that you will get two months (Feb and March) contract directly with the landlord.
From April onwards there should be a contract between the main tenant and the landlord.
So we are looking for someone who is staying for long term in Bremen ( if you don't mind taking over the contract that would be HUGE plus).
