*ZWISCHENMIETE* Großes Zimmer bei den Carl-Schurzis frei

Wir, die Carl-Schurzis, suchen für den April eine Mitbewohner:in zur Zwischenmiete. Zeitlich ist ein wenig Flexibilität drin; der maximale Zeitraum ist 24.03 - 27.04. Der minimale Zeitraum ist dir überlassen, da würden wir uns dann natürlich im Einzelnen auf eine faire Miete einigen.
Wir wohnen in einer alten Kaufmannsvilla auf einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, verteilt auf drei Etagen mit einer Küche, zwei WCs und einem großen Badezimmer.

Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist im 2OG. und ist sehr geräumig und voll möbliert mit allem was man so braucht. Morgens kommt durch die zwei Fenster die Sonne und die Straße ist sehr verkehrsarm. Man guckt auf die schöne Schwachhausener Nachbarschaft.

Wir sind bestmöglich angebunden durch die Straßenbahn (Linie 6, 1, 4), die du in 3 min zu Fuß erreichst. Der nächste REWE ist zu Fuß in 8 min, mit dem Rad in 3 min erreichbar und eine Bäckerei sowie ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden um die Ecke versorgen dich zur Not auch mit allem was Mensch zum Überleben braucht.

Für Neu-BremerInnen: Schwachhausen liegt sehr zentral! In 10 min bist du im Viertel, wo es Bars, Kneipen, Menschen, Geschäfte und mehr gibt. Bei der Uni bist du in 15 min mit dem Fahrrad/Straßenbahn und auch zum Hbf sind es nur 8-10 min. Plus: der riesige grüne Bürgerpark ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt!

WG-Leben

Wer sind die Carl-Schurzis?

Lina (21) studiert Integrierte Europastudien und arbeitet nebenher bei einem Kunstbedarfsladen. Sie begeistert sich für alles im Bereich der Kunst/ Kreativ sein. Außerdem liest sie gerne, fährt Rennrad und macht Yoga.

Anton (24) ist das neueste Mitglied in unserer WG. Er studiert im Master Stadt- und Regionalentwicklung. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne (Ball-)Sportarten, ließt gerne, kocht (vegan) oder quatscht einfach gerne über Filme und das Leben.

Arturo (23) arbeitet zurzeit als Aushilfe in einem Restaurant und studiert Marine Geosciences im Bachelor. In seiner Freizeit trifft sich gerne mit Freunden, schaut Filme/Serien und quatscht gerne über Gott und die Welt, vor allem gerne über politische Themen. Arturo stammt aus Pisa und bringt etwas italienische Flair die WG.

Sophie (28) hat einen abgeschlossenen Master in law und society und schreibt gerade ihre Dokterarbeit an der Uni Bremen. Ihre Freizeit nutzt sie gerne zum Bouldern, im Chor der Uni Bremen zu singen, ins Kino gehen oder für einen entspannten Spieleabend mit oder ohne Bier.

Lucas (23) studiert Umwelttechnik an der HSB. Aus Barcelona kommend, lebt er seit 5 Jahren in Deutschland und ist interessiert und engagiert in der Politik. Sportlich für vieles zu begeistern, macht er gerne Akroyoga, geht schwimmen, windsurft total gerne und tanzt. Über gemeinsame Kochabende freut sich Lukas!

Ich (Jakob, 24) studiere Meeresbiologie und bin gerne an der frischen Luft unterwegs. Im April bin ich komplett beruflich unterwegs, und suche daher eine Untermiete. Aufgrund des kurzen Zeitraums werde ich definitiv persönliche Sachen im Zimmer lassen, aber dir natürlich so viel Stauraum freiräumen wie du brauchst.

Wir legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander und sind keine Zweck-WG. Meistens spielt sich das Leben in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer ab, zum Beispiel bei Wizard-, Beer-Pong spielen, Kaffee trinken und quatschen oder einem Grillabend. Natürlich braucht jede:r auch mal Freiräume, daher ist hier das Motto: alles kann, nichts muss!

We, the Carl-Schurzis, are looking for a roommate for the month of April. There is some flexibility in terms of time; the maximum period is 24.03 - 27.04. The minimum period is up to you, we would of course agree on a fair rent in detail.
We live in an old merchant's villa on a quiet side street, spread over three floors with a kitchen, two toilets and a large bathroom.

Room

The room is on the 2nd floor and is very spacious and fully furnished with everything you need. In the morning the sun comes in through the two windows and the street is very quiet. You have a view of the beautiful Schwachhausen neighborhood.

We are well connected by streetcar (lines 6, 1, 4), which you can reach on foot in 3 minutes. The nearest REWE is an 8-minute walk away, 3 minutes by bike and a bakery and a small corner store around the corner provide you with everything you need to survive.

For new Bremen residents: Schwachhausen is very central! In 10 minutes you are in the district, where there are bars, pubs, people, stores and more. The university is 15 minutes away by bike/tram and the main station is only 8-10 minutes away. Plus: the huge green Bürgerpark is just a stone's throw away!

Who are the Carl-Shurzis?

Lina (21) is studying Integrated European Studies and works part-time at an art supply store. She is passionate about everything related to art and creativity. She also enjoys reading, cycling, and yoga.

Anton (24) is pursuing a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Development. In his free time, he enjoys playing (ball) sports, reading, cooking (vegan), or simply chatting about movies and life.

Arturo (23) is currently working as a temporary employee in a restaurant and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marine Geosciences. In his free time, he enjoys meeting up with friends, watching movies and TV series, and chatting about anything and everything, especially political topics. Arturo is from Pisa and brings a touch of Italian flair to the shared apartment.

Sophie (28) has a Master's degree in law and society and is currently writing her doctorate at the University of Bremen. She enjoys bouldering, singing in the University of Bremen choir, going to the movies, or enjoying a relaxing game night with or without a beer.

Lucas (23) is studying environmental engineering at the HSB (Higher Education Institution in Berlin). Originally from Barcelona, ​​he has lived in Germany for five years and is interested in and involved in politics. Passionate about many sports, he enjoys acroyoga, swimming, windsurfing, and dancing. Lukas is happy to cook together!

I (Jakob, 24) am studying marine biology and enjoy being outdoors. I'll be traveling all the way through April for work, so I'm looking for a sublet. Due to the short period of time, I'll definitely leave personal belongings in the room, but of course, I'll give you as much storage space as you need.

We value a harmonious coexistence and are by no means a „dead“ shared flat. Most of the time, life takes place in the kitchen or living room, for example, playing Wizard or beer pong, drinking coffee and chatting, or having a barbecue. Of course, everyone needs some space sometimes, so the motto here is: anything goes, nothing is mandatory!
