das Zimmer (16m²) befindet sich in einer 3-er WG in einer ruhigen Lage in einem 2 Etagenhaus. Kein Straßenlärm, dafür Blick ins Grüne.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, einer Matratze, Schrank bietet viel Stauraum inkl. Spiegel, einem Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl, zusätzliches Regal für Bücher. Zwei große Fenster mit Blick auf den Garten sorgen für viel Helligkeit.
Die Einbauküche ist umfangreich ausgestattet mit allen erforderlichen technischen Geräten (Herd, No-Frost Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher) und Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen).
Gemeinschaftliches Bad mit Badewanne.
Eine Waschmaschinennutzung ist in Keller vorhanden und inklusive.
Die Bruttomiete beträgt 490, - € Monat inkl. Stromkosten, und aller Mietnebenkosten. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Stromkosten, oder andere Nachzahlungen an. Die Kaution beläuft sich auf 2 Kaltmieten 680, - €. Der unbefristete Mietvertrag hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von einem Jahr und eine Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten.

The room is furnished with a single bed, a mattress, and a closet for lots of storage space incl. a mirror, a desk including a chair, and additional shelves for books. Two large windows overlooking the garden provide plenty of light. The kitchen was is extensively equipped with all the necessary technical devices (stove, no-frost refrigerator, microwave, kettle) and kitchen utensils (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans). Use of the washing machine is in the basement. Shared bathroom with bathtub. The gross rent is € 490 / month including electricity costs and all incidental rental costs. There are no additional electricity costs or other additional payments. The deposit is € 680. The unlimited lease has a minimum term of one year and a notice period of 3 months.
The house is very well maintained and comes with a janitor service. There are common areas where you can put your bike.
All essentials are provided in this flat. You just need your personal belongings when you move in and enjoy your stay:)
Das Haus befindet sich in der Neustadt in Bremen die perfekte Wohnlage!
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Uni, Hochschule oder hbf. Nähe Flughafen, mit dem Auto 5min entfernt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegeben. In Bremen kann man auch super mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Die Linie Bus 26/27 bringt dich in 10 min zur Hochschule oder in 15 min ins Stadtzentrum und in 20 min zum hbf. Mit der Bahn Nr. 6 kommst du in 3 Haltestellen zum Flughafen. Oder auch in die entgegengesetzte Richtung direkt an die Uni Bremen.
Bäckerei, Apotheke, Kiosk, Supermärkte, oder auch Ärzte sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Werdersee ist 5min Fahrradstrecke entfernt in der Nähe und eignet sich bestens für einen Ausflug.

Very good transport links to the university, college or central station. It's close to the airport, 5 minutes by car. There are good parking opportunities. In Bremen, you can at best ride a bike. Bicycle storage opportunities are given.
A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and the bus 26/27 takes you to the university in 10 minutes or to the city center in 15 minutes and to the main station in 20 minutes. With train no. 6 you get to the airport in 3 stops. Or in the other direction directly to the University of Bremen.
Bakery, pharmacy, kiosk, supermarkets, or doctors are just a few minutes walk away. The Werdersee is 5min nearby by bike and is ideal for an excursion.
Die WG wird neu gegründet ab März/April, daher gibt es keine Informationen zu den Mitbewohnern. Frauen WG. Rauchen nicht erwünscht.
