A fully furnished room in a shared apartment of 4 is available from 12th April to 31st May.
The apartment is fully furnished with dishes, dishwasher, bathtub, two washbasins, and Table tennis and Pool table in the basement.
Bus stop is at 2 minutes walk and it takes 15 minutes to reach Erlangen by bus and 3-5 minutes to reach Erlangen by Train. The Train station is at 10 minutes walk. Bus and train services are good.
Bubenreuth is quite peaceful and the best place for evening walks. Also, you have no disturbance here to distract you from studies.
Rewe and Aldi are 10 minutes walk away.
Rent is 380 Euros/month. Rent will be 600 Euros (Everything included) for the total duration mentioned (49 days).
You don't have to worry about anything after shifting in this apartment.
