From 01.07.2024 we have a 15m2 room available in our 6.5 room 165m2 apartment. The room is in principe unfurnished but if needed we have some extra things in the apartment that can be used temporarily (mattress etc)

We have 2 bathrooms (2x shower, 1x bath), 3 toilets, an extra room for home office and a room that we turned into a home gym. The common area is fully equipped with big TV, PlayStation 5, 3 refrigerators. Terrace with BBQ and nice views. Buchs city center and train station are 7 minutes walking away. Free parking available on the street.

We share the WG with 4 people (you and the three of us currently living here). We are three guys aged 25-30, young professionals working in the area. In our free time we often do sports and hang out together. We enjoy social gatherings such as a BBQ, but please not that this is not a WG for parties.

We are looking for someone aged 25-30 (young professional) who is social and most importantly clean. If you are interested, please send us a message and tell us something about yourself. Please include your preferred move in date and how long you’d like to stay.

Our ideal move in date is 01.07.2024 and people interested to move in around this date will be preferred. Minimum rental period at least 6 months.
