BME central building is just the opposite side of the street!.(1 min walk!) Outlook toward BME University garden and to river Danube. M4 underground (metro) takes 1 min walk! 7 min walk to Corvinus, Andrássy, MOME, ELTE, PPKE universities. City center takes 2 tram/bus stops. Also 1 min walk to bus 7 and 1-2 min walk to tram 19, 41, 47, 49.
Parking is 600 Ft/hour on workdays 8am-20pm, for maximum 4 hours in front of the building on the street. Really restricted number of parking lots.
Roommates: 3 female/male students (age between 20-30) coming typically friom the European Union area. They are living in 3 other separated bedrooms with own entry and private locked with a key. Cleaning of the room is your task and cleaning ot the common premises is a task of the flatmates according to a sharing agreement.
The room is for your own exclusive usage. The second bed in the room is for your guest, if any.
There are at least two sets of bedlinen (pillow, pillow-case, blanket with a case, sheet, etc.)
