Von Januar bis Juni 2017 sind mein Mann und ich im Ausland, weshalb wir unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Für Sie als Untermieter ist ein eigenes Zimmer vorhanden (möbliert). Ansonsten können alle weiteren Räume wie Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad genutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine im Kellerraum steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Nach unserer Rückkehr im Juni besteht die Möglichkeit für Sie, in der Wohnung zu bleiben, d.h. es wäre dann eine WG.
Die Wohnung ist in Büsingen (D), Ortsteil Stemmer am Stadtrand von Schaffhausen (CH). Parkplatz vorhanden; Bushaltestelle vis-a-vis. Gute Anbindung an die schweizer ÖV. Zum Ufer des Rheins mit kleinem Badestrand sind es nur 150 m.
