looking for a room between 9 months and 1 year

My name is Agustin and I have just arrived to Berlin and I’m in the search of a One-room apartment/Studio in the best case or a room for me in a WG.

I’m an Argentinian guy, I’m very respectful person, polite, tidy, clean and hard working, but also really open minded.

I had study to be a chef , so it is a really nice opportunity for me to go further and start to working in my futures projects based on my studies here in Berlin.

I’m really interested in a flat with the conditions mencionated in your post. I’m in Berlin now, so I’m able to have an appointment, a meeting, or a view.
I have full time availability by the time, so we can meet and have a talk about whatever you want to know about me.

My plan is to start with a rent as soon as possible in September. And the terms I’m looking for is between 9 months and 1 year. My budget is from 250 to 400EUR per month, but I can hear any other offer without caring if it's more or less. I also need to have the possibility to register Anmeldung but this is not a must.

I’m open to share any documentation requiered and also to answer any doubt about me.
