Hi! 👋 We have a free 24m² room with a balcony in our WG (shared flat). We are looking for someone to share the good vibes with in this amazing, friendly WG.
The monthly payment includes everything, such as electricity, internet, etc.
The bathroom has a bathtub, hand basin, toilet, and a washing machine, all of which can be shared. There is, of course, also a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and fridge.

Hi! 👋 Wir haben ein freies 24m² Zimmer mit Balkon in unserer WG. Wir suchen jemanden, der die gute Stimmung in dieser tollen, freundlichen WG mit uns teilen möchte.
Die monatliche Miete beinhaltet alles, wie Strom, Internet usw.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Waschmaschine, die alle mitbenutzt werden können. Es gibt natürlich auch eine Küche, die mit einem Ofen, einer Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist.
WLAN / Internet sind inklusive.
Our flat is situated 5 minutes away from the university's main campus in Cottbus, as well as the historic city centre.
Tram station: 4 minutes on foot.
There are also plenty of bus connections, with a stop right around the corner.
Unsere Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten vom Hauptcampus der Universität in Cottbus sowie vom historischen Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle: 4 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt auch viele Busverbindungen, mit einer Haltestelle gleich um die Ecke.
You would be living with Chaimaa (21) and Mansi (22) , 2 students . both are studying masters in BTU. We like to meet up to cook or have chips in the kitchen and end the evening together in the heart of the apartment - our cozy kitchen. Friends may also come to visit. Here you have peace and quiet and nice people around you. You can retreat to your room or meet us in the kitchen. We are considerate of one another :)
Du würdest mit Chaimaa (21) und Mansi (22) wohnen, zwei Studentinnen. Beide studieren ihren Master an der BTU. Wir treffen uns gerne zum Kochen oder um Chips in der Küche zu essen und beenden den Abend zusammen im Herzen der Wohnung – unserer gemütlichen Küche. Auch Freunde können zu Besuch kommen. Hier hast du Ruhe und nette Leute um dich herum. Du kannst dich in dein Zimmer zurückziehen oder uns in der Küche treffen. Wir sind rücksichtsvoll miteinander :)
