Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Altbau im dritten OG. Es ist sehr lang und hat eine Größe von ca. 16qm. Es ist ein Heizkörper vorhanden und drei Fenster mit Jalousien. Es wird bei Übergabe frisch gestrichen werden. Der Boden ist Laminat (neu aus 2022). Es gibt eine Küche mit alten Möbeln, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, WC wird auch gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Im Flur ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Möbel werden nicht übergeben werden. Das Internet und die GEZ muss seperat gezahlt werden, es gibt immer eine Kündigungsfrist von drei Monaten zum Monatsende.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Bahnhof auch. Zur Uni ca. 15 min zu Fuß oder 5 mit der Bahn. In der Nähe befindet sich die Innenstadt (5 min) und ein paar kleinere Läden sowie ein alternativer kleiner Club, wo auch andere Veranstaltungen stattfinden (Kleidertausch etc.).
Du wohnst mit Levin und Moritz zusammen. Die beiden Studieren im ersten bzw. dann im zweiten Semester an der BTU und sind dementsprechend viel beschäftigt. Trotzdem sind beide sehr nett und wir haben es bisher geschafft, die Wohnung gut sauber zu halten.
