Welcome to your temporary palace! Nestled in a charming and cosy apartment, this delightful room awaits its next occupant for a subletting adventure. The room is 15 m² rectangle room with furniture for a relaxed stay.

We have some shared common areas that make your stay even better. The kitchen has everything you need, like the commonly used appliances and decent of space to prepare meals. The living room is a cozy spot where you can relax with a book or hang out with others in the apartment, some times if the room mates are free they will invite you to play some PS2 games in our TV.

The bathroom in this apartment has a bathtub for a nice, relaxing bath when you need to unwind. Plus, there's a washing machine, so you don't need to pay and wash outside.

You won't have to worry about extra bills because everything is included in the rent - that means electricity, hot water, and high-speed internet. Your stay will be smooth and enjoyable without any additional costs.

Check out the lively neighborhood around TU, where you'll find lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. There are also Rewe and Penne which will be open until 10.00 pm. Public transportation is close by just a 2 min walk where it connects to the city center (5 mins) and Railway station (15 mins). Or just have a relaxed 8 to 9 mins walk to city center through TU premise - on your way just take a coffee at TU bistro ;)
