Nach meinem Abschluss im Februar werde ich Dessau verlassen und suche eine Nachmiete!
Das Zimmer zeigt Richtung Osten und ist klein aber fein, 12qm groß. Du schaust auf den Lidice Platz, an dem es Abends und Nachts ruhig ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, die restliche Wohnung ist sehr weitläufig und die WG chillt ab und zu zusammen in der großen Küche.
Hier lassen würde ich: Das Bett mit Matratze, die Kommode, das Kallax Regal, den Schreibtisch, die Kleiderstange. Du hast also alles, was du brauchst!

After I graduate in February I will be leaving Dessau and looking for a new lease!
The room faces east and is small but nice, 12 square meters in size. You look at Lidice Square, where it is quiet in the evenings and at night. The room is very bright, the rest of the apartment is very spacious and the shared apartment occasionally chills out together in the large kitchen.
I would leave here: the bed with mattress, the chest of drawers, the Kallax shelf, the desk, the clothes rail. So you have everything you need!
Wir wohnen in einer perfekten Wohngegend. Dessau Nord hat viele schöne Altbauten und ist von vielen Familien und Studenten bewohnt. Supermärkte erreichst du in unter 5min, die Hochschule und den Bahnhof in 10min zu Fuß. Parks und die Mulde zum chillen sind auch gleich in der Nähe, ebenso wie die Bar Kiez. 4min bis zum Umweltbundesamt.

We live in a perfect neighborhood. Dessau Nord has many beautiful old buildings and is inhabited by many families and students. You can reach supermarkets in less than 5 minutes, the university in 10 minutes. Park is also nearby, as is Bar Kiez.
Wir sind eine Zweck-WG, das heißt jeder macht sein Ding und man trifft sich ab und zu aber in der Küche und quatscht. Da viele gerade ihren Abschluss machen, werden wahrscheinlich auch weitere neue Mitbewohner mit dir einziehen. Derzeit leben hier Diana (18, ist unter der Woche im Sportinternat) Zaid (29, studiert ab und zu) Claire (26, macht ihren Abschluss als Designerin) und Christopher (arbeitet viel und geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio). Wir haben einen Putzplan, aber erwarte keine super penible saubere WG. Hier ist alles zusammengewürfelt und seit vielen Jahren eine WG ;) Wir reden englisch und deutsch miteinander!

We are a shared flat share, which means everyone does their own thing and we meet in the kitchen every now and then and chat. Since many are currently graduating, there will likely be other new roommates moving in with you. Diana (18, goes to sports boarding school during the week), Zaid (29, studies occasionally), Claire (26, is finishing her degree as a designer) and Christopher (works a lot and likes to go to the gym) currently live here. We have a cleaning schedule. We have a cleaning schedule, but don't expect a super meticulously clean shared apartment. Everything is thrown together here and has been a shared apartment for many years ;) We speak English and German to each other!
