In the heart of Dessau, 20 m² fully furnished room is looking for a new tenant for one of the two rooms. New windows and floor were already installed in 2018. There is also a little space in corridor to put a small wardrobe or something similar.
Our kitchen also has everything you need, as the flat share has existed for generations. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that invites you to cook - including a washmaschine and induction stove.
A large living room with a cozy couch is used as a common room and home cinema. Your roomate is also going to move so you can decide who you going to live with in the future!
Rent would be approx. 330€ incl. utilities, internet. There is no deposit fee. For the furniture transfer fee is 300€. (Basically everyhing in the common areas shared with other roommate + everything in your room.) Anmeldung possible.

Im Herzen von Dessau sucht ein 20 m² großes, lichtdurchflutetes, voll möbliertes Zimmer einen Nachmieter für eines der beiden Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 18 m2 groß. Neue Fenster und Fußboden wurden bereits 2018 eingebaut. Im Flur ist noch ein wenig Platz, um einen kleinen Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches unterzubringen.
Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, da die WG schon seit Generationen besteht. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die zum Kochen einlädt - inklusive Waschmaschine und Induktionsherd.
Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Couch wird als Aufenthaltsraum und Heimkino genutzt. Ihr Mitbewohner wird ebenfalls umziehen, so dass Sie sich entscheiden können, mit wem Sie in Zukunft zusammenleben wollen!
Die Miete würde ca. 330€ inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet betragen. Es wird keine Kaution erhoben. Für die Möbel wird eine Ablösesumme von 300€ erhoben. (Grundsätzlich alles, was in den Gemeinschaftsräumen mit anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt wird + alles in deinem Zimmer). Anmeldung möglich.

It is close to bars, pubs, social activities etc. Kaufland is 5 min, Main station 8 min, University 10 min by foot. So it is a good location to be in.
Asian restaurant is right in front of the house.
There is a bus station in front of the house, so if you going go main station or any other places by bus there is no walk required.
For my experience it is one of the best living locations in Dessau.

Es ist in der Nähe von Bars, Kneipen, sozialen Aktivitäten usw. Kaufland ist 5 min, Hauptbahnhof 8 min, Universität 10 min zu Fuß. Es ist also eine gute Lage, um in zu sein.
Ein asiatisches Restaurant befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, so dass, wenn Sie gehen zum Hauptbahnhof oder andere Orte mit dem Bus gibt es keinen Spaziergang erforderlich.
Meiner Erfahrung nach ist es eine der besten Wohnlagen in Dessau.
The apartment has two rooms to live in, but other tenant also moving out in 1 month. So you can choose who you are going to live with (maybe even with your friends)
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer zu leben, aber andere Mieter auch ausziehen in 1 Monat. So können Sie wählen, wer Sie gehen, um mit zu leben (vielleicht sogar mit Ihren Freunden)
