• WICHTIG! In der Zeit zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 07:00 Uhr werktags bzw. bis 09:00 Uhr an Sonn- und Feiertagen
ist Lärm zu vermeiden.
• Bitte verwenden Sie Waschmaschine nur tagsüber und nicht nach 22 Uhr.
• Bitte entsorgen Sie keine Essensreste, Fette oder ähnliches
durch die Abflussleitungen.
• Bitte waschen Sie in der Küche Ihr benutztes Geschirr ab und räumen Sie es weg.
• WICHTIG! Bitte befolgen Sie die Regeln zur Mülltrennung!
• Bitte lüften Sie die Wohnung regelmäßig kurz und gründlich um die Schimmelbildung vorzubeugen. Das spart
nicht nur Energie, sondern ist auch gesünder. Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr von Schimmelbildung und die
Kosten der Renovierung werden Sie in Rechnung gestellt.
• WICHTIG! Bitte demontieren Sie keine Rauchmelder.
• Sie dürfen ohne Körperbedeckung im Treppenhaus nicht rumlaufen.
• WICHTIG! Das Rauchen im öffentlichen Bereich (Treppenhaus, Flure) und die Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt.
• WICHTIG! Ohne einer expliziten Zusage durch den Vermieter, ist es nicht gestattet, mehr als einer Person in
der Unterkunft zu wohnen.

Household rules

• IMPORTANT! Please keep noise levels down between 10 pm and 07 am on weekdays and 09 am on Sundays
and during public holidays.
• Please use washing machine only during the day, not after 10 pm.
• IMPORTANT! Always keep your room and shared space clean. You will find a cleaning schedule in the
apartment which needs to be followed. If not, we will organize the cleaning and charge the fee to the tenants of
the apartment proportionally.
• Please do not throw down the sink food leftovers, fats and suchlike.
• Please wash the used dishes in the kitchen and put them away.
• IMPORTANT! Please follow the waste separation rules!
• IMPORTANT! Washing and drying the wet laundry inside your room is not allowed.
• Please ventilate your rooms regularly and thoroughly to prevent mold. Not only this is more energy saving, but
also safer for your health. Poor ventilation, on the contrary, can cause the mold spread. In this case, the
renovation cost will be charged to the tenants.
• IMPORTANT! Please do not disassemble the smoke detectors.
• The tenants are not allowed to walk half-dressed in or outside the apartment.
• Smoking in public areas (staircase, corridors & rooms) is not allowed.
• IMPORTANT! It is not permitted for more than one person to live in the accommodation without an explicit
agreement by the landlord.
• IMPORTANT! It is illegal to download movies, music and other copyrighted media.
