Tolles renoviertes WG-Zimmer mit hoher Decke, Stuck und neuem Laminatboden. Es liegt im EG eines Einfamilienhauses: das Haus gehört nur der WG, also keine nervenden Vermieter :-)
Im EG sind zwei Zimmer und im OG noch einmal zwei; jede Etage hat ein eigenes Bad. Man teilt sich das Bad also nur zu zweit, was Absprachen immens vereinfacht. :-)
Großer Innnenhof mit Gartenmöbeln, ideal zum Daußensitzen, grillen oder feiern.
Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen und nur 1,5 min. zum Bahnhof.
Von Dossenheim aus ist man schnell in Heidelberg, besonders im Neuenheimer Feld!
Es sind nur 1,5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof (schafft man auch in einer wenn es sein muss...).
