Wir, Fred (34) und Mario (39) suchen noch eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) für ein Zimmer in einer tollen Wohnung in der Äußeren Neustadt.
Diese ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, der Flur gut als Aufenthaltsraum geeignet und die Verkehrsanbindung grandios.
Das absolute Highlight: Der riesengroße 15m²-Süd-Balkon! Juhu!
Gesucht werden offene und kommunikative Menschen, allerdings ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung für alle ein Ruhepol sein kann, inklusive gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme in puncto Lautstärke und Sauberkeit. Auch potentielle Mitbewohnende, die nur zur Zwischenmiete bzw. zeitweise in Dresden wohnen würden, sind zur Besichtigung willkommen.
