The house is located in the relatively quiet part of the Louisenstraße (opposite the entrance to the Pulsnitzer). From here you don't have a 5-minute walk to the nightlife of the Neustadt, but you get little of the overall volume. Bars and pubs are available, shopping is only a few minutes walk away (Alnatura, Netto, Rewe, dm). The public transport connection is also very good: The line 11 (Pulsnitzer Straße) is 5min away, as is the line 13 (Görlitzer Straße / Nordbad).

Das Haus steht im relativ ruhigen Teil der Louisenstraße (gegenüber der Einmündung zur Pulsnitzer). Von hier hat man es keine 5 Fußweg-Minuten ins Nachtleben der Neustadt, bekommt von der Lautstärke insgesamt aber wenig mit. Bars und Kneipen gibt es zuhauf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Alnatura, Netto, Rewe, dm). Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist auch sehr gut: Die Linie 11 (Pulsnitzer Straße) ist 5min entfernt, genauso die Linie 13 (Görlitzer Straße/Nordbad).

We are Jasper, Janis, Barbara and Maria - We are not only roommates: in but also in time we become friends: in. We are all already in work, in exciting areas such as psychology, landscape architecture, social work or journalism.
Above all, we share strong leisure talent: we cook together or for each other, are funny, become creative, make sports, knit, do cultural, engage or go watch a movie. In the summer we enjoy long evenings on the balcony. We like to have people with us - for food or for games, but at the same time all have our own social life. So in the WG busy times change with something more quiet, in which everyone is just on the move. But if you are looking for a purpose WG or just a room to stay, or are quickly annoyed by other people, then we do not fit together.

We strive to deal with each other with solidarity and tolerance and find consensus and open communication important. We understand ourselves as politically left, pay attention to sustainability and prefer to ride a bike than a car. We care about you sharing these settings.

When it comes to cleaning, the tasks are clearly distributed and each * r swings the rags weekly. A certain basic order is important to us in everyday life and there is always.
We share food in principle - individual exceptions are of course possible.
By the way, everyone pays the same rent - it is not charged to m ². However, fairness is essential to us and we are open to talk about what could be the most fair and solidarity solution for rent (income, room size and special benefits).

Wir sind Jasper, Janis, Barbara und Maria - Wir sind nicht nur Mitbewohner:innen sondern mit der Zeit auch Freund:innen geworden. Wir sind alle bereits im Berufsleben, in spannenden Bereichen wie Psychologie, Landschaftsarchitektur, Soziale Arbeit oder Journalismus.
Vor allem teilen wir ausgeprägtes Freizeit-Talent: Wir kochen gemeinsam oder füreinander, sind lustig, werden kreativ, machen Sport, kniffeln, unternehmen Kulturelles, engagieren uns oder gehen einen Film schauen. Im Sommer geniessen wir lange Abende auf dem Balkon. Wir haben gerne liebe Menschen bei uns - zum Essen oder zum Spieleabend, aber haben aber zugleich alle unser eigenständiges Sozialleben. So wechseln sich in der WG belebte Zeiten mit etwas ruhigeren ab, in denen alle gerade mal unterwegs sind. Wenn du aber eine Zweck-WG oder bloß ein Zimmer zum Übernachten suchst, oder schnell von anderen Menschen genervt bist, dann passen wir nicht zusammen.

Wir bemühen uns darum, solidarisch und tolerant miteinander umzugehen und finden Konsens und offene Kommunikation wichtig. Wir verstehen uns als politisch links, achten auf Nachhaltigkeit und fahren lieber Fahrrad als Auto. Uns ist uns wichtig, dass auch du diese Einstellungen teilst.

Wenn es ums Putzen geht, sind die Aufgaben klar verteilt und jede*r schwingt wöchentlich die Lappen. Eine gewisse Grundordnung ist uns im Alltag wichtig und gibt es eigentlich immer.
Lebensmittel werden bei uns prinzipiell geteilt - einzelne Ausnahmen sind natürlich möglich.
Es zahlt übrigens auch jeder die gleiche Miete - es wird nicht nach m² abgerechnet. Fairness ist uns aber grundlegend wichtig und wir sind offen darüber zu sprechen, was gerade die fairste und solidarischste Lösung für die Miete sein könnte (Einkommen, Zimmergrösse und besondere Vorzüge).
