Hello potential roommates,
this beautiful and bright room in the old town could soon be your new home :)
Your room is 18 square meters tall and very bright through the large windows. The high ceilings make the room look even bigger. The cut of the room is ideal and as there are no bevels, the place can be used well.
The room is available from 01.04.25.
The perfect location of the apartment can be experienced daily on a new one. Everything can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes. There are 3 minutes walk to the HfBK, the Pragueerstraße/Altmarkt Gallery is also 3 minutes walk away, two railway lines take you to the party district Neustadt. Otherwise you can also walk well from the new town home (with beer it felt 2 minutes;) without beer it is 15-20 minutes). Our neighbours, the Frauenkirche, the Semperoper, the Altmarkt and the Elbulfer are walking around, so the minutes can be really well spent. The HTW and TU are also only 5 or 10 minutes by train.
Our apartment is located near the Piraan Square to be more accurate at the White Gasse. The Weisse Gasse itself has many restaurants, bars and cafés to offer. Also a very good change to the famous cafés in the new city.
As we live directly at the Piraan Square, the pivot and pivot point for the ÖPNV, you will also come from here to the rear corners of Dresden. Lines 1, 2 and 4 drive directly in front of the front door and lines 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 62, 75, 360 and 261 also only take two minutes on foot.
Shops can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot - either in the Altmarkt Gallery or at the Postplatz/Straßburger Platz. A baker is about 2 minutes away from the stop.
Your new roommates would be Bekki, Pia and Lennart:
Bekki (27 J.) likes to play Spikeball passionately, swims and likes to ride Gravelbike and is therefore often on the way during the night. During the day she is at her workplace in the clinic and treats people with mental illnesses.
Pia (28 J.) likes to try new things, like ball sports of all kinds and conducts profound discussions. As a psychotherapist in training, she works in a clinic under the week and also has seminars on weekends.
Lennart (23 J.), our strong-minded hydrologist, if he doesn't just ride on the glaciers of Spitzbergens, continues his musical talent and is committed to the university.
We like to meet in the kitchen during dinner under the week or quite consciously on weekends, for example, for a larger breakfast. In summer, the Elbe (e.g. at the Elbsommer) or the Great Garden for the most varied (sporty) activities or in winter in the Erzgebirge to the ski run.
In the WG there is a good balance, you can take back if you need your rest, e.g. if you need work. Your future roommates will also have an open ear for a chat.
We have a cleaning plan (each week a person cleanses all communal spaces), but also keep the apartment clean in between. It is a sweet plaster plan .. be tense ;)
WG purchases (carpentry, toilet paper etc.) are done by all and then charged via an app.
Since two of us are working, it is important for us that the apartment is a resort and retreat. Of course, we are still going to celebrate here and there we like :-) - but then rather “outside”.
The kitchen is well equipped. We have a dishwasher, stove and oven and two refrigerators. In addition, we have four shelves where supplies and kitchen things can be stored.
It is unconditional to mention that in early 2023 we have renovated in many hours of work and have completely repainted both the hallway and the kitchen, as well as a new kitchen (including new appliances) installed - so for you as a new roommate pure luxury :) Since the renovation costs amounted to a total of 2.064,32€ for the kitchen (per person 516,08€), a discount of 280€ is estimated for the kitchen ("abuse" of 2% monthly already deducted). There are also 30€ for the hallway renovation (riches, new lamps, wardrobe etc.). If required, an IKEA dresser, a bed, a desk chair and curtains can be taken over.
We are looking for an open, communicative person who places value on a thoughtful coexistence and who wants to get involved and do things together here and there. It would also be important to us that you have to stay for a longer period of time (min. 1 year - of course also for longer:)
