Hey, everybody!
My roommate Anna and I are looking for an open and funny third person who completes our WG. A modern new building apartment (built in 2021) in the city centre of Dresden awaits you.
Our bright duplex apartment includes the 6th and 7th floor where we look forward to a relaxed living with you.
In your room about 14 square meters, you will also find your own access to one of the three balconies. In addition, the complete apartment is equipped with floor heating.
Otherwise, the apartment has a bathroom with shower and bathtub and an additional toilet in the upper floor. The large kitchen invites you to extensive cooking and games with the WG or friends.
The room will be free from April, but can be purchased from mid-March.
The apartment is located in the old town, near Postplatz. On foot you reach many tram lines and buses. It's a lively and beautiful neighborhood. The Dresden Zwinger, the Semperoper and the Frauenkirche are just a few minutes walk away.
There are many shopping and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (Altmarktgalerie, Centrumsgalerie).
The daily well-being is also ensured - whether Rewe, Edeka, Aldi or DM, the gang will take you there max. 2-4 minutes.
Various doctors, gyms or hairdressers are also right around the corner.
So you'll find everything you need.
You will be part of a young and lively WG. We are super warm, open and communicative. The activities in the WG usually occur spontaneously – in the evening you often meet in the kitchen when cooking or eating and you will be happy to hang during a conversation. In summer we like to eat outside on the shared balcony.
But also an evening with friends at home or a shared cinema evening, much is possible.
Even if we like to do something, we are very structured. We both go to work full-time. So if you're looking for your rest, you'll find it without any problems.
Anna (27) works as a station assistant at the University Hospital Dresden and moved to Dresden in September. After work you can find them either in the kitchen when cooking or eating, in the gym, or she is on the go with friends. On weekends, she moves out – whether with the race bike, jogging or hiking in Saxon Switzerland. If it may be more relaxed, Anna enjoys the time with a good book or series. In the kitchen she is happy to have for a nice conversation, whether with a cup of tea or during cooking.
I, Céline (24), moved to Dresden in October 2023 after my law school in order to make my lecture here until November 2025.
At the moment I am very tensed by the exam preparation and therefore often only late at home. In my spare time I like to bake and cook super, go to the gym, explore new cafes / restaurants and take something with friends; whether an evening on the Elbe or a game night at home, I am inspiring for a lot.
We have a cleaning plan in the WG, so it works very well with order and cleanliness, which is also important for us and should definitely be maintained.
We are looking for a person who wants to move with us in the long term and with whom we understand well. That's why we have to cancel you if you want to do a semester abroad or internship in Dresden.
