I'm looking for a new landlord for a room in a 3-room apartment. It is a cozy 3-room rooftop apartment in Cotta, in the Gottfried-Keller-Str. The bus stop is 1 minute away, the center is 12 minutes by tram 1, 12 or bus 68.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen cabinets, a stove and a refrigerator.
The room is partly furnished.
We are three in the WG (a doctor, a teacher and a mechanic), two will go during December and one will go next year. So we are looking for two new rentals for the rooms that will be released shortly. If you are interested in the room, you can also take a look at the second room, which will only be released in January.
It would be even more interesting for us if you were to move into the apartment for two. Because two of us will take off this month and the third one has already applied for a job as a teacher in another country and it is very likely that he will leave his room empty or rent it out. If you have a second person with whom you understand well and who also looks for a room, and you want them to rent the second room in the WG, this is beneficial to us. Because then we could make the visit for two people at the same time.
