Hello!
Since from February for approx. 6 months will travel through South America, I would like to rent another room in the WG.
The apartment is a 3 room apartment and in this ad I offer the current living room of the WG to the sub-rent. It would also be possible to take my current (right small) bedroom. I set a separate ad for this (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/11509669.html).
The room is about 20 square meters and shows east. So you have the sun in the room in the morning. The room is fully furnished with bed (1,80mx2,00m), wardrobe, sofa, desk shelves etc.
The kitchen and the bathroom are quite small, but fulfill their purpose and leave more room for the rooms. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove and even a small dishwasher. My current bedroom (9sqm) would then be transformed into a living/dining room. The round table on the pictures would thus come into the small room and the bed and wardrobe accordingly into the current living room.
The apartment is located directly at the entrance of the Hechtviertel at the beginning of Rudolf-Leonhard Street. So you are not directly in the hustle and bustle, but you come very quickly to the "center" of the new city. On the street there is a lot of life, chilling at the green corner, sitting at the Peckerl at the Café on the Terasse etc. is also possible spontaneously. Since the apartment is located on the 4th floor you can only hear the street in the apartment conditionally (the windows also dense well). In the immediate vicinity there are plenty of options for restaurants and snacks (döner, pizza, sandwich, Italian, Arabic bistro, Cuban etc) a few bars, cafes etc. For the catering is directly opposite a net and once later becomes a Late. The 13 runs 2 min, the 7 and 8 about 5 min walk away. There are also several regios at the Bischofsplatz.
With you in the WG, Norms will live. Norms is 38 and also recently incorporated. Before that he traveled around the world for 2 1/2 years and likes to talk about his experiences and adventures. He has been back for a few months and started his new job at the Sächsische Schweiz National Park Administration. Originally, he also comes from the area there and so his hobbies are great parts in mountain sports (climbing, hiking etc). Now in winter he often goes to the climbing halls of the city. He is neat, communicative, uncomplicated, entertaining. A thoughtful coexistence is just as important to him as occasional evenings in the kitchen/living room or in front of Späti or in the park.
We both have nothing left for right thoughts and any kind of isms and we also wish that no one lives here with such thoughts.
The room is available from 01.02.25 to 31.07.25. It could be that I already traveled a bit earlier or come back later (see how long the money lasts:D). So it could be good that you could stay here for longer.
