Mein Zimmer ist das größte der WG mit circa 21m². Es hat 3 Fenster, davon ein Kleineres in Hochbetthöhe. Das Zimmer kommt auch zusammen mit einem massiven Hochbett. Der Platz unter dem Hochbett wird grad als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt etwas über 3m, perfekt also für große klaustrophische Menschen wie mich, die niedrige Decken nicht mögen. Im Zimmer befindet sich auch der Internetrouter. Wer hier einzieht hat also auch die Macht über das Internet. Muhahaha. Hahaha. Ha.
My room is the biggest in the flat with 21m². It has 3 windows, a smaller one fits perfectly with the roomy and massive bunk bed. The bunk bed comes with the room. Underneath A walk in wardrobe is placed right now. The ceiling heigth is a little over 3m so really perfect for tall claustrophobic people like me, who hate low ceilings. The room also comes with the internet router. Whoever moevs in here also has the power over the Internet Connection. *evil laugther*

Das Haus liegt nahezu direkt an der Haltestelle Chemnitzer Str. Mit der 62 ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und mit der 61 an der Uni. Ein Aldi gegenüber gewährleistet schnelles einkaufen. Der nächste Konsum ist auch in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen am Nürnberger Ei. Obwohl es so nah an der Hauptstrasse liegt ist es richtig ruhig hier. Im Sommer kann man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
The House is situated almost direct at the bus stop Chemnitzer Str. With Bus 62 you get into the inner City and with 61 to university. A supermarket on the other side of the street secures easy and fast access to food. (Aldi) For the more exlusive taste a Konsum is also close by (10 min walk at "Nürnberger Ei".) The neighbourhood is quite, except the occasional party folks walking home, and there is almost no street noise. So its not a problem to sleep with windows open in the summer.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Fabian und Jema. Fabian ist ein gechillter und ruhiger Sozialhilfeassistent in Ausbildung, Jema eine aktive fröhliche Powerfrau aus Mexiko die herovrragend deutsch spricht und hier ein studium beginnt. Da die beiden grade erst einziehen, ich meistens in der Wohnung meiner Freundin und nicht hier bin, kann ich zum WG Leben noch nicht viel sagen. Beide sind hilfsbereit und erste Hürden wie "neue Waschmaschine besorgen, Balkon aufräumen" etc. haben wir super hinbekommen.
Beide sind freundlich und zuverlässig.
Your new Flatmates would be Fabian and Jema. Fabian is a chill social worker in apprenticeship, Jema is a always happy power woman from Mexiko who will start studying here and speaks german quite fluent. Since both are just moving in and I am mostly staying at my girlfriends place, I can't say much more of the day to day Life in the WG. Both are friendly, caring and reliable. The first hurdles as in "Replacing broken washing machine" went amazingly fast and everybody got involved and was happy to help.

Du solltest Wg erfahren sein, offen und freundlich. Da ich der letzte verbleibende Raucher der WG bin wären Nichtraucher angenehmer als Raucher schätze ich. Cool wären Handwerkskills oder n bissel IT Background (damit jemand das Internet fixen kann wenns mal nicht geht). Aber as ist grad mein momentaner Eindruck. Da ich mit meinem alten Mitbewohner die Küche neu saniert hab und Spülmaschine, neuen Kühlschrank und neuen Herd auch da lasse, sowie das Hochbett ist die Ablösesumme bei 450€.
Ich hab keine Ahnung zum Baujahr oder Energieeffizenzklasse des Hauses. Da da aber eine Angabe verpflichtend ist hab ich irgendwas reingemalt.
You should be wg experienced, open and friendly. Since I am the last Smoker in the Flat, Non Smokers would be preferred over smokers, I guess. Cool would be if you wer experienced in or not shy away from Craftsmanship ( fixing stuff, building stuff) and somehow IT proficient (Resetting a router, make sure Internet does its thing). But this is just my impression. Since I renovated the kitchen with my old roommate and will leave the dishwasher, new stove and fridge as well as the massive bunk bett, there would be additional one time costs of 450€.
