Our current roommate Ben has packed the longing for the distance and he becomes 01. February to go out to travel, which is why a room is free in our beautiful WG.
The apartment is located in the 3 OG. is about 100 square meters tall and has a nice large kitchen with sitting area, a small mini-living room, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. All three rooms are of approximately 18sqm and two large windows. Your future room goes out to the south west, so you have the sun in the room all in the summer afternoon. The room is very nicely cut so that you get everything you need. Generally, the apartment is very bright due to the high ceilings. Morning sun in the kitchen and afternoon sun in the rooms.
Location: The apartment is located in the beautiful Friedrichstadt. For example, if you like to shop in supermarkets, you are right here. Lidl, Aldi and Penny are within walking distance. But also beyond that, the location is very beautiful. In addition to these fantastic shopping opportunities, you will find other cool things in Friedrichstadt such as the garden next door (common garden) or the Rösselstube. Our road is quite quiet, but there are still some other WGs in the street and other cool people in the house.
If you want to go somewhere else, the next railway station (Cottaer Straße) is just 4 minutes away. From there you are in the new city with the line 6 in 10 min, with the line 2 in 10 min in the old town or in 15 min at the TU. In summer, it is also very convenient to spray the bike rides!

I am Anna (23) studying sociology at TU Dresden and currently writing at my Bachelor's thesis. By the way, I work in the cinema, but I don't just work, but I like to watch a movie, otherwise you can find me climbing sometimes or even if you have to be in the university, but also rather in the café than in the slub.
I am Lily (23) studying media research in recent trains and writing for hundreds of years at my bachelor's thesis. At the moment, I work on the Christmas market and then plan to make a gastrojob again. Otherwise, I'd like to be in the new town. In the afternoon on a coffee and in the evening on a beer. Kniffelduelle is currently my favorite employment.
We often meet for a spontaneous chat in the kitchen, but also like to do something together, such as common vegetarian/vegan cooking evenings or game evenings in the WG. If it's warm, we'll be happy to have a bike around the area, go play table tennis or in the park. Otherwise you can also find us in the area of the left-hand way or during the partying in the industrial area.
Despite joint activities, we have every relaxed space for ourselves!
We would like a roommate for whom a relaxed, respectful and social coexistence is important.
Our WG is actually fully equipped and you just have to bring the stuff for your room. In the above rent, electricity and internet are included in the rental price (356€).
It can be good that next year there are two changes in the Wg, because we are finished with our studies and maybe will move. You would then have the opportunity to redesign the Wg yourself:)
