I'm Sophie and I'm moving to the end of my studies. I would like to rent/rent my room.
I can offer the following: January March or January until unlimited. It can be chosen whether you prefer to be moved into the room or living room - for this you could put the furniture from one room to another or I can leave it unfurnished. The living room is about 20sqm.
The room is at the end of the hallway, about 12 square meters tall, I left all my furniture there, i.e. cabinet, dresser, desk, chair, bed, curtains and more is provided. I can also rent the room without furniture. Up to the desk everything has been bought for my move last year. I was very clean and thoroughly treated with everything and was hardly there during the day. There is a shared kitchen and a large shared bathroom, as well as living room with coach and billiard table and sports facilities.
The WG is located in Zwinglistraße, is about 3 minutes walk from the railway 1 and 2 or buses. Right on the opposite road there is a savings bank, butcher, net, a pharmacy and various restaurants. In the old town it takes less than 30 minutes and to the Piraan Square about 15 minutes as a direct connection.
Close to about 10 minutes you will find swimming pools, gyms and the large garden naturally.
The WG consists of Ricardo, who is currently doing his doctor, meets friends on weekends and traditionally goes to the festival in summer. He is a sociable, funny and open type who likes to come along! Then Marius, who is very excited about technology, but also super happy to go to Inlineskaten or go to concerts and is also happy to have a chat. And last but not least, Claudia, a very warm person, who can be thrilled with everything and with which you can also talk for days with coffee in the kitchen. All very dear people!
