The Dresdner Community Villa opens up to the cohabitation 🤗. The hearty incubator villa is listed as well as the almost 1700sqm garden. In both, community- and health-oriented offers take place where you are cordially invited to participate. That's not a must.
The apartment extends over high ground floor and souterrain. The two rooms in the Hochparterre are still available:
- a room with a huge balcony
- a room with veranda with historic tiles
(The room in the Souterrain is forgiven.)
The rooms have different prices, not so much because of the different location and equipment (partly historical parquet and original stucco), but also because you can reduce your rent by participating in the project.
A modern fitted kitchen is available, as well as garden furniture and barbecue. Two terraces (one in front of the house, one behind the house) can be used.
In the green Kleinzschachwitz with good traffic connection via both bus 86 (in 4 minutes distance), as well as Straba 2 and bus 88 (in each case in 8 minutes distance). The house is highly water-proof, yet elbnah and is far enough away from the road through the huge garden than that traffic does not interfere.
People with a sense of community will be sought who find at least the idea of a community villa well. At best, you offer voluntary offers or take part in the garden group or in master care services. The price of the rent can be reduced by master services with contract (minijob).
The community offers take place either in the souterrain or on the terraces. The Hochparterre is separated from it unless you want to use the large corner bath in the Souterrain🤗.
The first contract will be terminated to find out if we match each other. If this is the case, it can become a permanent habit.
