The room is 13m2 large and rectangular cut. It has high ceilings and a large window towards the east, so you have beautiful sun in the morning. :
The room has a built-in high bed (140*200), which is very stable and gives you a few square meters more space.
There was also a practical wooden plate, so to speak as a long desk, on which you have a lot of work space and look super cool!
You look into the backyard and thus on a lot of green
Besides, you have no street noise on this side.
What you might want to take care of furniture, we can then clarify it individually. There would be a dresser and a sofa available for sale :)
Our WG is located directly at the Conertpark. The tram stop "Conertplatz" is just a stairwell away and from here you will come with the 12 directly to Tharandter Straße or further to the old town. You can reach further stops of 6.7.2 in 5-10 minutes walk. The TU and HTW are approx. 15min, with a bike like that.
Löbtau is a rather quiet area where mostly students live. You have everything you could need. The Löbtau Passage is only a few minutes away.In addition, there are supermarkets (Rewe,Netto,Kaufland),Spätis, Dönerläden, Apotheken, Ärzte etc. In addition, there is also the Gisela, the famous student club.
The Conertpark is right in front of the front door and in the backyard of the house is also a garden where you can park the bikes or grill a round. A roof or There is also a dry floor.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Josi (25) und Pablo (25). Die beiden sind Studenten und offen für jegliche Aktivitäten, von gemeinsam Kochen, Filme gucken, bis nachts durch die Neustadt zu ziehen. Aber es ist komplett ohne Zwang und wird auch nicht vorausgesetzt, da die beiden auch selber öfters unterwegs sind. Man kann ja einfach schauen, wie sich das Zusammenleben so entwickelt :)
Außerdem haben wir einen ganz unkomplizierten und nicht zu strengen Putzplan, einfach um den Überblick nicht zu verlieren.
Der Conertpark direkt vor der Haustür eignet sich fürs Chillen, entspanntes Bier trinken, aber auch Flunkyball spielen.
