Hello,
I take off from my beautiful WG room in the middle of February. That's why we're looking for a tenant to rent. It is a 3 WG. Your cohabitation will be Aktaia and Liam, both studying in Dresden.
The room is very large and bright, it can also stay the bed in the room on request. Also, the room has a small (actually very small) balcony, which I had always had plenty of plants in summer. Otherwise the room has south orientation. The total rental is 350 euros.
The WG itself is also excellently equipped, from toaster to refrigerator + freezer to washing machine. Only for a dishwasher is unfortunately not enough space. There is a large hallway in which we hang up the laundry and a small storage chamber in which we store vacuum cleaners, deposit, etc. There is also a bicycle stand outside and an extra bicycle cellar.
Löbtau is really a very beautiful part of Dresden. There is plenty of greenery, such as the park right around the corner and also a good connection to the ÖPNVs, or if you prefer the bike, you can reach the TU or the old town in about a quarter of an hour.
There are also many shopping facilities available (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, net) which are all easily accessible on foot or by bike. Restaurants and other shops are also within easy reach.
The bus line 90 stops right in front of the front door and other tram and bus lines that take you to any other part of Dresden are about a 10-minute walk away (e.g. the bus line that goes directly to the university).
Your two new roommates would be Aktaia and Liam:
Aktaia is 21 and studies brand and fashion management. She loves to bake, likes to make yoga and has a great passion for everything that has to do with fashion or photography.
Liam is 20 and studies computer science at TU. If he doesn't just work with computers, he likes to cook or set up as a DJ. So if you need an accompaniment to celebrate, you will definitely understand great!
The WG-Life is of the same and not intended. Often we eat dinner together, otherwise you can enjoy introducing activities that you think are cool areas. Whether cooking/game evenings or excursions, we are open to suggestions :)
There is a cleaning plan in the WG. Every three weeks each time with wiping the apartment (of course only the shared rooms), otherwise the garbage is taken out or sucked as required.
