Unsere WG liegt im Hochparterre eines schönen Altbaus in Strehlen. Das Zimmer (mit wunderbar hohen Wänden! :) ) ist 19 m² groß. Ein großes Fenster geht zur Straßenseite raus aber es sowieso Nachts sehr ruhig ist. Wegen der hohen Wände (3,3 Meter) im Hochbett sitzen ist gar kein Problem und ganz entspannt.
Auf dem Dachboden des Hauses gibt es die Möglichkeit Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen (natürlich haben wir auch Standtrockner) und außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil, in dem man Fahrräder und überflüssige Möbel oder andere Sachen abstellen kann
!!Ich lasse meine Möbel hier. Deshalb musst du nichts mitbringen und auch nichts Neues kaufen.

Our flat share is located on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful old building in Strehlen. The room (with wonderfully high walls! :) ) is 19 m². A large window goes out to the street side but it is very quiet at night anyway. Because of the high walls (3.3 meters) sitting in the loft bed is no problem at all and quite relaxed.
In the attic of the house there is the possibility to hang laundry to dry (of course we have stand dryers) and also we have a basement where you can put bicycles and extra furniture or other things.
!!I will leave my furniture here. That is why you don't have to bring anything or buy something new.
The apartment is located near the main campus of TU. By bike you need a maximum of 10 minutes, otherwise you can walk quickly at the Wasaplatz and take the 61 bus from there.
At the Wasaplatz you can also reach the tram line 9 (e.g. to the main station and Prague street), the tram 13, which will take you all night through the new city and back home, as well as the bus lines 63, 68 and 85.
There are many shopping options. Just around the corner a Frida and DHL, as well as DM, several bakery, vegetable dealer and butcher. There are also some other small shops, e.g. bookstore, copyshop, hairdresser.
If you don't want to cook, you can eat well in the area. There are some diner shops, an Asian restaurant, an Italian and other restaurants at Wasaplatz.
Large garden is also around the corner and can be reached on foot or by bike.

Your roommates are Lisa-Marie, Robert and Martin, with the first one doing a training as an educator, other work as an architect at the University of Dresden. and the last one he completed his mechanical engineering studies at the TU completely new.
Our WG life is quite relaxed, sometimes we cook together, we go out together in the evening or just drink a bottle of wine at home. We don't have fixed lunches or something, but we exchange in everyday life, sit down, if it fits, for coffee or dinner etc.
The fact that you rinse your dishes and keep your order in the shared rooms should be self-evident.

It should be self-evident for you that you wash your dishes and keep order in the rooms you use together.
