Your future 13sqm room is located on the third floor, a three-room apartment. Your soon retreat is on the north side of the apartment, overlooking the courtyard. It is therefore very quiet and not to hear street noise.
The room is equipped with white pre-fiber wallpaper and carpeting and partly furnished. The bed and a wardrobe can be taken over. It borders the spacious hallway, from it go kitchen, bathroom and the two further WG rooms. Kitchen, bathroom and hallway are equipped with a floor.
Our WG is located in the Strehlen district, which is particularly characterized by the numerous old buildings. Young families and students determine the image of the district, the optimal transport connection to the city centre, new city and the university justify this safely. In front of our front door the tram and bus lines 9, 13, 68 and 63 depart. The Wasaplatz is reached on foot in seven minutes. Starting from it you are in under 20 minutes in the historic old town of Dresden. But also the new city can be easily reached, the tram line 13 allows a direct connection without a changeover. In addition to the quiet location and the good transport connection, the district offers numerous shops. Sparkasse, DM, Consumption or Frida (similar to Rewe), regional fruit and vegetable retailers and other shops are within walking distance. Purchasing country, Lidl and net are also not far away.
For a walk, the large garden is also just around the corner and by bike in less than five minutes.
We're Jessica and Lukas. Our roommate Anna moves to Kiel for her new job and her room is released.
Our WG life is quite unavoidable and relaxed. We leave each other our free space, but if necessary we always have an open door. Our WG life is spontaneous, which doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Rather, simple dinner schedules are in detailed discussions.
Otherwise Jessica has just finished with her physics master and begins (hopefully) shortly with the doctorate. If she doesn't just simulate lasers on the computer, she climbs up rock walls and volunteers for a sports club.
Lukas studied chemistry and now works in a pharmaceutical company. In his spare time he likes to try extravagant recipes, looks series, goes to the gym or plays E-Piano.
We've been living together for five and a half years now and this is slowly becoming a professional WG.
During a small tour through the WG, it is sure to get to know very well and Anna, Lukas and Jessica, of course, are also ready for all questions.
We are looking forward to any message, just write a short email, we try to answer any queries as soon as possible.
Greetings and See you soon
