In our pretty WG becomes 1. March 2025 a room free, looking for a new resident! It is 16 m2 tall, unfurnished and points east towards sunrise. Although it has a window to the street, there is hardly anything to hear from traffic due to altitude :)
From your room you come to the spacious living room with plenty of space to dry laundry and brush common teeth and that we spontaneously convert to dance floor during occasional parties.
Also in the large sun-filled kitchen is made for cooking, eating and playing. There you will find all the kitchen utensils that let the heart of cook and cook beat up (even after years of living in the kitchen we will find new equipment in the depths of the WG cabinets). After cooking, the dishwasher likes to wash off.
With two bathrooms (guest toilet and bathroom with shower tub), the physical washing is not a problem.
Our all-love is the sweet flowers - and criminal-grown balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the Elbschlösser, the Panometer and the roofs of Striesen.
Here is the location in the 4. OG really an advantage, because especially in the summer you can make a day wonderful.
Our WG is located in the beautiful Striesen, from where neither Elbe nor Great Garden are far away and invite you to relax in the fresh air.
Shops (Lidl and local shopping) are literally right around the corner. Kaufland can be reached in about 5 minutes by foot (with tram in 1 minute).
Even the connection to public transport leaves hardly any wishes: In front of the front door, tram lines 10 and 4 and buses 64 and 63 take you to the city, to the university or to the other side of the river. To the university you need 20 - 25 minutes by bus, 15 - 20 minutes by bike, the university clinic is only 7 minutes by bike. Line 4 runs all night and sets you back to the front door after an evening in the new city.
Luise (27), Anna (28) and Lulu (23) are currently living in our WG. Paul leaves us for an internship and Erasmus and we are looking for a worthy successor.
Luise is in her medical studies last year and is fighting her last PJ-Tertial. It is therefore the first on the legs in the morning and likes to cook a large can of coffee. By the way, she plays violin in the Uniorchester and sometimes practices this instrument (too rare). In addition, it is now the longest in the WG and had to be called "WG-Mutti".
Anna is located on the waters of Dresden, or at its workstation at HTWD, in the water sector. It is an excellent weather frog, because when it rains, it (if it has to be at dawn) is on the way to take water samples in the Dresden waters.
Usually she stumbles in the morning with Luise in the apartment to find the way to work. Otherwise, it is a regular guest on beach volleyball fields, in swimming pools and in the Dresdner heath or in the large garden (depending on where the running shoes drive them).
Lulu studies architecture and is therefore much on the way to university. No matter where she goes, she always has pens to draw any free minute sketches in her booklet. If you're looking for her, she's usually on the go with friends or taking care of her plants.
Since we have quite different rhythms of life, we usually meet in the kitchen at night, where dinner bread is cooked and fed together. Then the big and small themes of life will be discussed, games played or together a film on Luise's cozy sofa. For further joint ventures, there are some nice restaurants and a cozy beer garden right around the corner. For hikes through Saxon Switzerland, boulders, a beer on the balcony or a joint evening in the new city we are always to have.
If you want to rest, it's not a problem. If your room door is closed, you will not be disturbed.
We have a WG app and always change reihum.
We are absolutely no purpose WG and are looking for a roommate or a roommate who is open to a community WG life. Don't be afraid that women are in excess, we are also very happy about male candidates (Paul has held it very well with us). If you could imagine living in our WG, write us directly about WG's desire and tell a little of you! The best way to create the word "Krawumms" in the message, so we know that you have given as much trouble reading as we are writing;)
We can then see that we will find a joint appointment for a WG-Casting - on site or via Skype.
We look forward to your message!
Anna, Lulu and Luise
