At the end of February, I will move out of my WG and therefore seek a rental agent between 20 and 30 years for my cozy room in Striesen.

It is a 14 m2 room with 3 windows. The apartment is a total of 46 m2 with a bathroom with shower and a new fitted kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher and large fridge. In our storage room is our washing machine, which will remain in the apartment even after my withdrawal. The apartment was completely refurbished before our entrance in March and has underfloor heating.
Plus to the apartment you have free access to a large roof terrace with views of Dresden. Just in summer you can relax and picnic on the loungers.

The apartment is very central with the Line 10 and 4 directly in front of the front door. Lines 6 and 61 are also just about 7 minutes walk away. The main campus of the TU Dresden as well as the large garden and the university hospital can be reached in about 15-25 minutes by public transport. Supermarkets are close to the apartment.

My previous roommate Maria (21) studies architecture at TU Dresden in the third semester. She likes to make art and is creative. Maria is more relaxed and keeps the apartment clean and tidy, but is not an ordinary fanatic.
She is well-trained by her studies in time, but also likes to spend time at home and would be very pleased with a roommate with whom you can occasionally do something.
With differences, you can always speak well with Maria and find a compromise.

The cold rental of the apartment is 680€ plus 135€ additional costs. We shared the 815€ so that each 407,50€ paid. For electricity we pay 35€ and for internet €20.
