As shown in the photos, 2 rooms are available in the WG (more in the chapter WG-Life).
The two rooms are the largest in the WG, which, through their windows on two sides, also receive the most daylight.
Since the rental price depends on the square meters, the rooms differ at a minimum price:
Room no. 1: 22m2, 357€, room no. 2: 25m2, 377€
The floor consists of wooden planks in the entire apartment and impresses with its cozy old building arm.
The WG is located in the beautiful, popular and green stries, close to the technical
Collection.
The stops of tram lines 4 (night line) and 10 can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, which
Bus 61 stop in 8 min (Pohlandplatz). This takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes and to the main campus of TU in 20 minutes. The bike is 5 minutes on the Blue Miracle or at the Schillerplatz and 10 minutes at the Uniklinikum or 12 minutes in the Grand Garden.
The neighborhood is very quiet at night. In Striesen many families live and there are many small
bakeries, restaurants and other shops. Shops such as Aldi, Edeka
or consumption can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot.
Hanna (23 years old, nurse) and Patrik (30 years old, financial controller, and from the Czech Republic) are currently living in the WG. Nina and Hector met in the WG 4 years ago and now want to look for their luck in an apartment. This is why 2 rooms are now free at the same time.
A lot is still open due to the replacement of two rooms and the WG life can be designed and determined by you new roommates :)
Hanna and Patrik are open and communicative. Guests and new friends are always happy to see.
For the order in the apartment is a cleaning plan, it would be nice if you were not absent from a certain basic order;)
The WG life is open and gives everyone the space he needs for himself.
In the evening we like to sit together at dinner and talk about God and the world. It is important to us that our WG is not a purpose WG! For shared games, picnic on the Elbe or a round of jogging or walking, everyone is open here. However, if you're looking for a party WG, you're wrong with us, for that the house is not designed.

The specified rent includes heating costs, DSL contract, electricity payment and radio fee.
The WG includes a small, lockable basement compartment, where your bike would have space. There are
an attic that can be used by the whole house for drying the laundry. A small garden is also part of the house.
The rooms will be free on 1 March. If necessary, a collection date can also be set for room no. 2 in February.
