Hi welcome to our very beautiful 2-room apartment in Schweizer Str.
Because I will leave Germany for around two weeks, so I would like to rent out my room(one of the rooms in the apartment) during that period. The available period of the room will be 11.12.2024 - 31.12.2024. The total rental will be 300Euros. The deposit will be 300Euros.
The room is a cozy room with almost all the necessities(bed, desks, cabinet, chair), you can also see the pictures attached. There are also almost all the equipments you need in the apartment: a kitchen with cookers and refrigerator, a bathroom with bath and washing machine
