Beautiful WG room in the south of Dresden with a large common area (also at a later time possible) Schönes WG-Zimmer im Süden Dresden mit großem Gemeinschaftsraum (Einzug auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt möglich)

The apartment is located in the south of Dresden near the Slub. You can come to the center with the 11 in 10 minutes or in 25 minutes to the New Town. In walking distance there are also a lot of beautiful parks (including the Great Garden) and the Bismarck Tower with a beautiful view over Dresden. As the apartment is close to the city's transformer, you can also walk to nature within 15 minutes. In addition to the 11, the 61, 85 and 63 can be reached very well.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dresdner Süden in der Nähe der Slub. Man kann mit der 11 innerhalb von 10 Minuten ins Zentrum kommen oder in 25 Minuten in die Neustadt. In fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich außerdem eine Menge schöne Parks (u.a. auch der Große Garten) und der Bismarckturm mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Dresden. Da die Wohnung sich in der Nähe des Stadtrandes befindet, kommt man auch innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Natur. Neben der 11 sind auch die 61, 85 und 63 sehr gut zu erreichen.

We are a world-open, quefemionist WG, consisting of:
- Marie, (24) works as a social teacher in a group. She is active in the autonomous area, she likes to do creative things and she likes to sing while she's cooking for everyone.
- Leonie, (19) is doing her FSJ in the school social work of a primary school. Leonie is also our sports mouse, which can be found 24 / 7 in their free time in the swimming pool.
- Franz, (30) you can find anywhere you can engage in society. Be it in political work or volunteer in the club. In addition to his studies in history, he is already working.

In our house is a second WG (inhabited by Tony (23) & Sina (28)), with which we hold regular WG-Plenar, where we discuss all the organisational things for our WGs. In addition, we all spend time together and organize joint activities. It is planned that a third person will move into the lower WG during the year.

What makes us as a WG is a straightforward way of dealing with each other. We share as much as possible - be it food in the common storage chamber or also batteries. When you use something, you just buy it. We also like to cook together and spend one or the other evening together in the common room.

We also regularly use this for concerts, art exhibitions or simply WG chilling. Friends of artists can present their works with us! I hope the next event will take place soon.

Wir sind eine weltoffene, queerfeministische WG, bestehend aus:
- Marie, (24) arbeitet im Schichtdienst als Sozialpädagogin in einer Wohngruppe. Sie ist politisch im autonomen Bereich aktiv, macht gerne kreative Dinge und singt gerne, während sie für alle kocht.
- Leonie, (19) macht gerade ihr FSJ in der Schulsozialarbeit einer Grundschule. Leonie ist außerdem unsere Sportmaus, welche man in ihrer Freizeit 24/7 in der Schwimmhalle antreffen kann.
- Franz, (30) findet man überall, wo man sich gesellschaftlich engagieren kann. Sei es bei politischer Arbeit oder ehrenamtlich im Verein. Neben seinem Geschichtsstudium ist er auch schon berufstätig.

In unserem Haus befindet sich eine zweite WG (bewohnt von Tony (23) & Sina (28)), mit welcher wir regelmäßige WG-Plenar abhalten, bei welchen wir alle organisatorischen Dinge für unsere WGs besprechen. Außerdem verbringen wir auch alle gemeinsam Zeit miteinander und organisieren gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten. Geplant ist, dass in die untere WG im Laufe des Jahres noch eine dritte Person einziehen wird.

Was uns als WG ausmacht, ist ein unkomplizierter Umgang miteinander. Wir teilen möglichst viel - sei es Essen in der gemeinsamen Vorratskammer oder auch Batterien. Wenn man etwas verbraucht, kauft man es einfach nach. Wir kochen auch gerne zusammen und verbringen auch den ein oder anderen Abend zusammen im Gemeinschaftszimmer.

Dieses nutzen wir auch regelmäßig für Konzerte, Kunstausstellungen oder einfach WG-Chillung. Befreundete Künstler*innen können bei uns ihre Werke präsentieren! Das nächste Event findet hoffentlich schon bald statt.

What would you bring?

An open personality, no right mind, sense of order and cleanliness. In addition, we all use our house / garden together and maintain the property together. We are pleased with your ideas and design wishes.

We would also like to share as much as possible. We would be happy if we had dinner together sometimes or spend some time with your and our friend. But the apartment is also large enough that everyone also has his / her peace if he / she wants it - and of course we respect that.:)

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Eine offene Persönlichkeit, keine rechte Gesinnung, Gefühl für Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Außerdem nutzen wir alle gemeinschaftlich unser Haus / Garten und pflegen das Grundstück zusammen. Wir freuen über deine Ideen und Gestaltungswünsche.

Wir möchten auch weiterhin gerne so viel wie möglich teilen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir hin und wieder gemeinsam essen oder auch mal Abende mit deinen und unseren Freund*innen verbringen. Die Wohnung ist aber auch groß genug, dass jeder auch seine/ihre Ruhe hat, wenn er/sie es möchte - und das respektieren wir natürlich auch. :)
