Free will be a cozy large, bright room with high bed and three large windows. Despite proximity to Chemnitzer and Nuremberg road is mostly quiet because the apartment and the room are oriented to the courtyard.
The room is furnished with everything, I will only clean out personal things. So there is a bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe and a few storage options.
In the warm rental everything is included including WLAN :)
The kitchen is small but well equipped, even with washing machine and there is a dining table in the “Flur”. This is also the centre of our WG life, but still worthy of improvement, so always with proposals :)
From the kitchen you also come to the balcony that we plant enthusiastically in summer, so people with green thumb welcome. From there you have a view into the green courtyard and have space for rest or common time.
The bathroom is quite large, so there is enough room to hang up laundry. There is a bathtub with shower and washing machine.
By bike or bus you are at university in about 10 minutes. The Chemnitzer Straße stop is a 2-minute walk away and you are connected from there both with the 61 and the 62 super. In addition, line 8 travels within 10 minutes walking distance. With the Öffis you can reach the main railway station in 10 minutes.
A supermarket is directly opposite and other shopping facilities are at Nuremberg Square.
Carla is 20 years old and studies architecture at TU in the third semester. If she is not currently studying, she meets her friends, like to celebrate or on flea markets.
Antonia is 20 years old and is working just before she goes back to university after the summer, where she studies product and communication design.
What we particularly appreciate about our WG life is that you often come together spontaneously in the kitchen, or eat together and taste where it just fits. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys an unavoidable atmosphere. For example, we share most of our foods (except refrigerators) and each one pays attention to being balanced. Even when cleaning, we do not have a fixed plan, but every one feels responsible and makes as much as just going. For us this works very well with good communication and consideration, but we are ready to adapt.
