The room is 10 m ² in size, rectangular and north facing. The side of the apartment is very quiet. It's not quite clear to me whether the high bed will stay in or come directly with me. Either way, a mattress is needed. The room is freshly cleaned and has a great charm. The room is completely cleaned out, so there is enough room for your own things. Opposite our charming neighbours live with a charming balcony that is like to be seen.:)
The kitchen is charming after many years of living, yet offers enough space to cook and has a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom has been recently renovated, has a shower and a large window.
Hallo ihr lieben Menschen da draußen. Da sich bis jetzt nur Menschen gemeldet haben die die Anzeige nicht richtig gelesen haben, möchte ich hier vorab noch einmal sagen, dass die Anzeige für den Zeitraum vom 31.3 - 31.5 gilt. So und nun :)
Das Zimmer ist schnuckelige 10m² groß, rechteckig und nördlich ausgerichtet. Die Seite der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Es ist mich nicht ganz klar ob das Hochbett erstmal drin bleibt oder direkt mitkommt. So oder so wird eine Matratze natürlich benötigt. Das Zimmer ist frisch verputzt und hat einen ganz tollen Charme. Das Zimmer wird komplett ausgeräumt, bietet also genügend Platz für eigene Sachen. Gegenüber wohnen unsere charmanten Nachbarn mit einem zauberhaften Balkon der gern gesehen ist. :)
Die Küche ist nach vielen WG-Jahren charmant verwohnt, bietet dennoch genügend Platz zum Kochen und hat eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer wurde kürzlich renoviert, hat eine Dusche und ein großes Fenster.

Aus der ursprünglichen WG-Konstellation bin am Ende noch ich (Vicky) übrig geblieben und da ich nun ausziehe und die Verwaltung keinen Hauptmieterwechsel wünscht, musste ich die Wohnung leider zum 31.5 kündigen. Meine Mitbewohnerin Esther ist vor einem Jahr dazu gekommen und arbeitet als Schulsozialarbeiterin und hat es berufsbedingt lieber ruhig in der Wohnung. Esther hat einen Hund Oskar der mit bei uns wohnt. Anfangs war ich sehr skeptisch und bin eigentlich gar nicht dafür aber Oskar ist die absolute Ausnahme, ganz ruhig und friedlich, super süß und lieb. Mit dir wohnt noch der Johannes, der zum 1.3 bei uns einzieht. Alle sind an einem entspanntem, herzlichen und friedlichen Miteinander interessiert in dem unser Zusammenleben völlig ungezwungen funktioniert. Mit uns kann man immer reden oder auch nicht :D Unsere Philosophie ist leben und leben lassen.
Lebensmittel sind bei uns getrennt, jeder macht sein Ding. Geht auch nicht anders aufgrund der jeweiligen Arbeitszeiten, Lebensweisen und so weiter. Du bekommst also deine eigenen Fächer wo alles rein kann was nur dir gehören soll :) Klopapier und co kauft jeder wie er es gerade bemerkt Esther ist viel arbeiten und auch viel unterwegs. Gar nicht mal all zu oft daheim. :) wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst gern bei mir melden :)
