Wichtig ist mir vor Allem der Respekt dem/der anderen und deren Eigentum gegenüber und dem Einhalten gewisser Normen, die ein reibungsloses Wohnen ermöglichen. Gegenseitige Absprachen erleichtern das natürlich. Sollte einer von uns ein Problem jeweiliger Art haben, dann sollte dieses direkt angesprochen werden und ohne weiteres von beiden behoben werden, damit keine langfristigen Streitereien angestaut werden. Da die Wohnung doch recht hellhörig ist, wäre es schön wenn beide Seiten darauf Rücksicht nehmen würden, und Beschwerden direkt angesprochen werden.
Geputzt wird regelmäßig, wie wir das aufteilen können wir dann besprechen, einen Putzplan gibt es bis jetzt noch nicht. Besuch ist selbstverständlich auch kein Problem, nur wäre mir auch da vorher eine Absprache lieb, damit es nicht zu Unannehmlichkeiten kommt, etwa wenn einer besonders früh aufstehen muss oder (wegen Prüfungen und co beispielsweise) viel zu tun hat bzw. grundsätzlich gestresst ist. Parties gab es bis jetzt noch nicht, unsere Nachbarn sind da glaube ich recht empfindlich. Rauchen ist grundsätzlich okay, Zigaretten bitte nur auf dem Balkon.
